I'd like to do a bit of research that will probably be forgotten. How many people who support man city, were an avid fan before their success? How many since the sheikh? How many since the heart buyout? Just curious to know how many people in aus actually saw a game televised at Maine road as a supporter? And bar the obvious reason of "success", why people chose man city after the sheikh bought them... Go nuts (I, PeterCrouch am not a Man City fan. I never have been, and am merely asking this as I've never understood why anyone would support this club anyway and am interested to know. I don't care for, or believe there is a correct reason for supporting city. I'm just interested as to why)

Taking inspiration from my username, my interest has skipped around a few different clubs. Mainly supporting beautiful football, I watched a number of the ugliest sides to watch over the years, most notably stoke. Then one morning in Berlin after crashing a stag do & inviting ourselves for the duration of a messy 4 days with a few English lads, it was Brighton Hove & Albion. Didn't have much of a choice. "Brighton, that's your team in England." And heart became theirs. I mostly follow motherwell given it's my old mans local club and I don't have the interest to be locked into the religion battle in Glasgow (apologies for any offended)

Get off fifa mate he's been focal in their season this year. Finally justifying the millions spent on him, and proving to be what they need upfront... Still can't beat a man with the ball ala Henry, Bergkamp & RVP. Quality finisher and fox in the box but that's not going to strike fear into opposition defenses especially when your supposed to be pushing for the title. I still think they need a world class striker and Giroud should just come off the bench when they need him. Not having a dig but I might point out that bar RVP, I've never seen a striker that's even come near the same mould as Henry and bergkamp... They are one in a million players and I honestly think as a striker who adds more than finishing giroud is what arsenal need in their formation. He is clinical when holding up the ball and letting the wingers overlap, a power in the air, and when he gets it on his left he ain't so bad either... In terms of the dominant big man that arsenals formation need, I can't think of a better player that is realistic of playing at arsenal. He's a lot better than he gets credit for and puts in a shift every single week. Work ethic that you want from a centre forward....
