And that's the only one that really matters I would think. .com.au's require that you have a business registered with the same name so are much harder to just register on a whim. oh and mcfc.com.au is registered too... It has to be related to the business, or it did, probably still is but when they opened it up a few years back to make selling au domains ok I think you can get away with a domain not relevant to your business. Either way, regardless of extension, you can't breach someone's TM. At the very least you'll lose the domain and the little bit of money you spent registering it, on the worse end of the spectrum you can expect a law suit.
