I've often heard him speak about football and his support of it. Apparently a promising junior player before he moved to Melbourne and got swallowed by all the afl focus back then.

Seems like the bar has been set nice and high as far as what's expected off the park with the players. Reading 442 mag Harry talks about there being fines for not making required attendances at things outside of regular training sessions.
