FWIW I have it on good authority that leaked sky blue City top is our home kit for atleast 2 seasons

Manchester City's deal with Nike expires this year and therefore would effect us. Been rumored for Months that they will switch to Under Armour  and since Nike Deal hasn't been renewed could chance it could happen.

Our marquuee players are Bruno and Timmy. I wish for more, but club will only sign unknown players or like recent (good) domestic players. We are not NYC.

CFG said they would spend what is appropriate for the League which is fair enough.  Our ability to sign players has more to do with the restrictions put in place by FFA rather than CFG's unwillingness to spend. E.g "the Lampard Rule" ect.

  5. IMO our squad was good enough to win the title the last 2 seasons, we were just let down by poor coaching and tactics. Eugene and Jamieson are good enough to start in any team in the comp and if the club can use the remaining Marquee and Visa spots wisely we should have a strong side for the upcoming season. What its going to come down to is can Wazza get the best out of the team?

How long is a piece of string?

Whereas there is a range of defined colours grouped under the common name "sky blue", there is no such definition known as "city blue"; the latter is defined by the brand "City Football Group" and no-one else.

In reality, Sydney and City could play in jerseys of identical colour, but as long as we call ours "City Blue" then it's OK.

    Suggest you start here https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Sky_blue.

"City Blue" isn't even a CFG thing both Manchester City and NYCFC refer to their Blue as "Sky Blue.

Almost caught me there @Shahanga. I hadn't realised that FFA had finally made a decision on that. But it is scheduled to come into effect next season (2018/19) rather than this one.

Know it probably won't happen but like I have said previously FFA should make the +1 a Asian/Australian Marquee to replace the Guest Marquee which is rarely used.
