I've been trying to call their 132 849 number all day and not once did I get through. Their Twitter account DMed me and ask for my transaction number and date of purchase four hours ago and then I didn't hear back from them. Their Twitter account has been sporadic with replies today as well. Wonder what the fuck is going down at Ticketek. Fuck I hate dealing with them so much. Ticketek and Ticketmaster are literally the spawn of devil's cum.

Would be interesting to ask the guy sitting behind you at the game when they bought their tickets and if it's after you.

That doesn't sound right. Didn't they hold it till Monday night and if the reserved seat season ticket holder doesn't purchase their own seat, it's up for grabs for anyone that wants it? When did you purchase your tickets?

The ticket purchase disappearing from my transaction history on the Ticketek My Account section is very suspicious.

More plot twists. I bought the tickets with Ticketek on Monday for my wife and myself. Got a call to my wife from someone from FFA on Tuesday morning asking her if her ticket issues has been sorted out. This is surprising considering she called the club on Monday morning when we couldn't use our passwords on Ticketek and left a voicemail with the club. Was expecting City to call back, not FFA from a number in Sydney. Wife told the lady on the phone we managed to get the tickets sorted out ourselves so all good. PDF tickets hasn't arrived, Ticketek and City not responding on Twitter or DM, called Ticketek number for the past hour and couldn't get through. Remembered the call wife got from FFA and got her to call the lady back and lo and behold, lady told us she could see our tickets and "the rollover to send out the tickets hasn't happened", whatever that means. FFA lady called Ticketek while my wife is on the phone with her and only managed to leave a voicemail message. So basically tickets are sitting in purgatory waiting for some "rollover" to be sent out. Why? I don't know. The pursuit for my PDF tickets continues. Fuck Ticketek.

Did the emails come from the email with the subject header "Ticketek - Transaction Summary"? I've got the email confirmation with transaction numbers and there's record of them taking the money out of my credit card so I should be okay. Just annoying how they're mucking this whole thing up. Ticketek, YOU HAD ONE JOB.

Nope I re-opened the confirmation email and no tickets. Not sure how that worked for you though because that didn't really make any sense to me. Anyone else logged into their Ticketek account online and looked at Transaction History and the Melbourne City game transaction is gone? It was there on Monday when I bought the tickets but disappeared last night when I re-login to have a look. Tickets bought on Ticketek on Monday 11am and still no sign of PDF tickets.

Has anyone got sent their PDF tickets yet?

Apparently PDF tickets are getting emailed out on Wednesday. Fair enough but surely they (both MelbourneCity and Ticketek) needs to communicate this better to the people purchasing tickets. We're ready to go with our credit cards but so many unanswered questions, much confusion and doesn't help that passwords weren't working when it turned 9am this morning.

Try to DM @Ticketek_AU instead. Messaged them and they fixed it for me. I've managed to purchase the tickets for same seat options BUT the email receipt shows row and seats as N/A, and when I log into the Ticketek website and look at the seats, it shows a different row and seat number from my membership. And oh, chose the ezyTicket option and no PDF tickets in my email.

Not stressed about not getting seats but pissed off that Ticketet has ONE job. To sell tickets and they still manage to fuck it up everytime. And charge us through the nose for it too. That's what annoys me the most. Is there still the issue with picking up tickets at the venue only? Can you print it from home?

Same thing. Tried it with both options in the drop down list. Tried it with just one password and not with both my wife and mine. Tried it on different browsers, different desktop and mobile OS. Tried it on different wifi and 4G. All options show that password is invalid. For crying out loud. I wanna punch someone so bad.

Anyone else getting the invalid password error message? Why do they always make buying tickets so hard/complicated/expensive?!? Argh.

Murf, what's your assessment of Safuwan? He'd likely come to us for minimum wages - but is he up to the hurly burly of A-League? a few dozen international matches 43 international games to be exact. Albeit it's Singapore and in the ASEAN region so it's not exactly the highest standards of international football. Wasn't there a couple of Thais that played for MV years ago and I remembered they did alright?

Unless you come across an absolute gem like Rogic Haven't seen him done anything fantastic for Victory. Mostly just trying to run with the ball and losing it. Didn't the club stated that they want to be the club of the north? So I'm guessing they wouldn't move down to Clayton. But that's just my opinion. I work in Clayton and live up north so I'd be happy
