1-1 WU - Leckie the scorer, WU equalised against a somewhat junior side in the second half.
We play them again on Friday prior to our FFA Cup match, dare say the starting line up on Friday’s match will be the line up to take on South.

Hopefully they take play Maclaren and Leckie against Saudi but leave them in AUS for China match.
I don’t even know what the VIC quarantine rules are anymore, can’t keep up.

Socceroos playing in Sydney on 11th, probably fair to say that we’ll be without Jmac, Leckie and potentially Metcalfe for this match.

I’ve been absolutely stunned by the groundswell of support around the world, I knew it would be big but you can’t help but feel that this is a moment in time for football all over the world.
Selfishly I couldn’t be prouder that an Aussie is at the centre of it as well.

Anyone heard anything on the upcoming pre-season friendlies?
Imagine the most likely competitors would be Port Melbourne, Hume City and Avondale as these clubs are undergoing preparations for the FFA Cup as well.

Saw that too, will probably be the first time they have this kind of data that isn’t based on sales or anecdotal evidence.
Hopefully it can be used to push for red and white as our away kit in future years.

So many City ones last season but one out of left field, the David Williams 89th minute winner in the heart days when we were down to 10 against Sydney.
I was sitting behind the goal and remember this moment like it was yesterday, one of the great moments I look back on fondly from the old days!

Was listening to the Asian Game podcast (was great for qualifier previews btw), and they mentioned that Mooy is struggling for game time and should seek out a loan.
I’m sure he’d be more likely to head back to Scotland to ensure he can still make NT duty but would love to see us bring him home after the World Cup.
