  1. I see a few fans angry at JA for not quitting.

If I was in a job with 1.5 years left in my contract, sucked at the job and knew I would never be able get the same job again, wsidould I quit? Would I just give up all that $$$? No chance.

I consider myself a loyal guy but a contract is a contract IMO. On the flipside I hate when someone rises in stocks during a contract and demands a re-wrte.

  2. Just wanted to raise a point or two

1- With the club obviously in the process of getting new owners (a process which surely would have been going on behind the scenes for awhile) it is understandable (albeit extremely frustrating) that the current owners won't sack Aloisi for a few reasons:

    - footing the bill

    - letting new owners make the decision

    - care factor

2- On Munn/players commenting about Aloisi- do we surely believe anyone would make nasty/negative comments about Aloisi? I think doing that would be selfish and ego driven (even if they are technically correct). Also, Aloisi seems like a 'good guy'. Why slag him off to the public?

  3. We have the Mariners last round. With 3 games to go they are both 5 points behind first and ahead of third. In all likelihood their last game will be a dead rubber to them.

They will have an ACL game a few days later then a final, another midweek ACL and final. Unless the FFA put pressure on them to put in their best XI, it would make sense for them to field a 2nd XI.

  4. We have to take Jamie Coyne for what he is. We sold our gun LB, then lost our back up to injury. Add to that we only had a couple of days to sign someone if they were going to play the next game.

I will cop him as a 3rd choice A-League level LB with a day or two's notice. Some posters/fans seriously use EPL lower table teams as the benchmark for players worthy of a squad place at Heart.
