  1. The one in moorabin I know 100% does it was that oh really a question or more a sassy statement implying they dont actually do it ? apologies if they dont, I'm pretty sure they do
  2. Ah, a classic microeconomic conundrum. Cycling/bike paths are a non-rivalrous (one persons consumption of the bike path doesn't affect the level of consumption by someone else) and non-excludable (people can still easily cycle on the paths without paying) service which causes a market failure with an undersupply of resources to these paths, given there is no financial incentive for private firms to build a bike path. On the other hand the government can exclude drivers from using the roads without paying a registration fee due to the greater size of vehicles and more limited terrain that can be presided over by the police which means the government does not need to pay entirely for the roads with the consumers financially contributing. So in summation- until we end up with a nanny state where the government can track everyones movement everywhere on a bike- cyclists aint paying no rego anytime soon, and if that does happen, I'd hate to think of the Orwellian society we would be living in by that point.
  3. Yep pretty much this. The most scarring moment of my whole life came at the hand of some 'heroes' from the north terrace who thought it would be perfectly acceptable to threaten a 13 year old kid with violence to gain possession of his scarf. I'm not much of a city fan these days. But never, in a million years could I support victory, simply because of the north terrace.
  4. 5 Wins in a row!!!! 21 points out of 24. what a time it was to be alive
  5. I can remember that day where everyone was absolutely stoked that we had drawn the game. But I was gutted that we had given up a 3-2 lead with 5 mins to play. Just goes to show the mediocrity which was enshrined into the club I think the one that hurt a lot at the time for me was 2011-12 round 26 approx. We needed to beat sydney FC at home to get a home final and we blew a lead twice to draw 2-2. But I think on the flipside, my favourite ever game was 2-1 round 1 season 2012-13. Total underdogs and aloisi's first game beat Ange in his first game with victory. I felt on top of the word that night and I have not felt that happy at a football match since.
  6. That was my first ever game watching as a heart supporter. It was the start of a long and stressful few years. But I loved every minute of it. (until the end of the 2013-14 season)
  7. I hold firm on my thoughts. The longer this league remains at only 10 teams, with only one team in certain major cities, the less likely it will be to add additional teams inn the same city at a later stage.
  8. LOL @ the sponsor not even being printed on, just digitally adjusted
  9. It also has a full time cafe, a sports medicine centre (a business) club shop for victory/storm. A gym and training facilities used by Victory/storm/demons and is home to Victory's admin base
