  1. It wasn't because of some deep love for Melbourne... http://www.smh.com.au/sport/soccer/sydney-fc-said-no-to-manchester-city-millions-20140123-31bsk.html
  2. Sent the club an email about this earlier. Pandoora! VIC 9092 is Manchester, I think. Some Vic PO boxes are 8000~ and NSW 1000~. Wikipedia says some Qld PO boxes are 9000~.
  3. After 10 years and a couple of epic Brisbane-style Grand Final wins (and maybe a good tilt at Asia - I think the salary cap/player restrictions are different in the ACL) the only real loser out of this will be Sydney FC. edit: and Melbourne Victory.
  4. The shape of the new badge is "inspired by the old New York Subway token" http://www.nycfc.com/news/latest-news/2014/march/badge I suppose the old Met ticket wouldn't have cut it
  5. Last seasons MCFC third kit. They can't go with navy for shorts/socks for the A-League, can they?
  6. I find the new website uninspiring. https://www.melbournecityfc.com.au
  7. I used to play for Wodonga Heart thirds for 3 seasons ahaha, 2 of those as Panthers! Played around 50 games overall, won 0 and drew 1. Willow Park football has a funny history. They were always Wodonga City but that was a Croatian club when I was a kid. Then they died. If anyone is a local they will remember the West Wodonga-Wodonga City Serb-Croat thing. Post ethnic they became Wodonga Panthers. Then Wodonga Heart. Check that clubs logo... They have the Heart logo. (Sorry if I offended with 'ethnic', I know this country should be more mature.)
  8. New ownership. Mexican (if u like the Chilli) to die for!
  9. I'm stuck in Albury this summer. It's solid Melbourne Victory territory. Unless you account for the AFL. Which is about 95% of interest, lol. MV had the jump on you guys and Archie's mum does live in Wodonga. And he did play for Twin City Wanderers (a Wodonga Club.) But Heart in this this city are awesome. I was at the the game when they played the Albury/Wodonga team 2011 preseason at Wodonga Diamonds Park. I just have to give a big thumbs up for your club. And now an A-League home game at Lavington! Thanks Heart! See you at the game against Perth. Pity it wasn't Sydney FC. ADP would have loved the Sugar Shack pizza on Union road Lavington,
