Thanks Yarraside, you're one of the main reasons I joined this club 2 years ago. Being an AFL fan, I really miss the passion in the stands, you guys brought that in spades. My 6 year old son loved you blokes too. We used to watch you guys almost as much as the game. Cheers lads.

I know StKilda Footy Club and the local council are thinking of redeveloping their Moorabbin headquarters as a part time training base, cos they're outgrowing their Seaford site. There's a lot of vacant land around it too, could be handy.

Hi all, newish Heart supporter here, only really started following them 12 months ago, but have fallen heavily for them despite our recent slump. Love supporting the underdog teams, you feel more important to the team and closer to other supporters. Mad keen St.Kilda FC supporter in the off season, so following the struggling Heart has been a piece off piss!!( one premiership in our 140 year history/endless heartbreak, etc,etc).
Fucking pumped with Man City ownership, have been wearing my Heart gear proudly ever since the news broke! Feel like us loyal supporters deserve everything coming our way! Also loving the connections with Man City die hards all around the world, it feels like we have a huge big brother watching our backs. If only you could all make it to Melbourne for our next derby with the other felchers!!
I don't follow the EPL, but Man City have one more fan now, Cheers.

Couldn't make it last week, so watched on Fox Sports, and all I could hear wear the WSW fans too. Was getting shitty listening to their chants all night! No doubt Yarraside were louder at the game, but on TV not so.
I reakon Fox sports are told to put effects mics right in front of their supporters to encourage the juggernaut.

Yep already does, took him to a few games last year, he loves the active area, watches them as much as the actual game - a bit like me! Ha!

Hi all, I'm Paulski.
New member, bought membership before the Brisbane game to get into the ground quicker and to support an underdog (in Melbourne) team!
Went to previous game against the Jets and was pissed off with their crappy and desperate chant of "we've got more members", so I thought I'd do my bit!
Got onto this site and read some of the passionate posts and I'm slightly hooked!
Been to the last 4 home games on my own(scotty!), but a couple of mates seem pretty keen to come to most games. I'll talk them into memberships.
I'm lovin it!!
Mad keen Saints(AFL) supporter through Winter, and I need a fix throughout Summer! Got hooked on the Saints during the Moorabbin days, where the atmosphere was awesome! Crappy atmosphere these days at soulless Etihad!!
Anyway, great to be part of proud club with passionate supporters.

Agree. Given the quality of our recent performances, 70% of our members attending on a shit weather Sunday evening was not too bad.
As a St.Kilda member(30,000 membership), we had plenty of games last year where only 15k attended. No that's shit!
Shit performances = Shit crowds.
