With all understanding, it doesn't change the fact that Heart will cease to exist, it's history wiped out. This takeover has done only one thing, kept a 2nd Melbourne based team in the competition, it's a totally different and new club now.

Came back from Europe, and the habit of drinking sparkling water is with me for life now. Being european as it is, i have rediscovered my true calling and cant live without the stuff. Soft drinks i kicked the habit years ago, way too sweet.

Couple of factors influenced my support. Name and colours, as a kid without no external influences, name and colour will probably be the main thing that attracts you to a club, more so colour, usually its the one you like most obviously.
Secondly, i used to watch the Champions League as a kid, and United got a fair bit of airtime on sbs's limited showing. 2 games that particularly stood out were the ties vs Fiorrentina and Deportivo La Coruna. Exciting game, and Giggs killed it in one of them, its all i could think about the next day at school.
Unfortunately my commitments have had to be shifted elsewhere, too much of a effort to watch games when youve grown up, full time job and going out. But Fergie will always be in my thoughts, so much respect for him and thankful for the good memories ive had of the club watching all these years, need to eventually get my ass to a home game, and from what i heard away game experience is even better. Look forward to exciting players emerging at the club once again.

It's pretty obvious its a money scam, im trying to avoid doubles obviously, im thinking checking out a few different newsagents might be worth a try, but i also suspect they get released in lots therefore it might be best to periodically stock up on stickers rather than buying a few per week.
Been trading away doubles with mates so it's working out ok for now.

A mate and i ended up buying starter packs and 15packs deal. Made for a funny pre drinks session. Got 4 people doing it so hope we can come together and finish them.

Bought the starter pack (album + 10 packs of stickers) for $10 from the local newsagent.
They sell individual packs for $1.20 (5 stickers) or 15 packs (75 stickers) for $15 - not too bad!
Work colleagues been bugging me to start this, if my newsagents have it i just might too. 15packs for 15bux aint too bad i suppose.

That Mark Henning genre to me ain't bad, but i feel like it's use would be more suitable for music in the background at a cool cafe/bar.
