  1. not really. We won convincing, never looked like we would lose the game, absorbed a decent amount of pressure and looked deadly on the counter. Things will get better, our kids are competing well and yes do get beaten a bit but we have a lot of experience to come back and if we get through this tough start of the season in decent shape then the second half of the season will be much improved. Wins away are vital in this league, something we have never been good at.

In Season 1 and 2 we would ONLY win away, were shocking at home.

Granted our away form in the past few years has been pure shit.

  2. Doesn't at all match up with Ivan's comments in the article posted by Murf above.

Not doubting it though. Must have aggravated it in the past couple days.

Edit: Novillo still 4-5 weeks? wtf it was a 6 week injury 6 weeks ago.

  3. Relax. It'll come.

Both in my name serial numbers are way different though. Other than that exactly the same, it'll be there soon though you'd hope.

Heading overseas in a couple of days, only reason I'm a bit antsy about it! In the past I've always picked up at Family Day.

Will just wait it out I guess. If its not there when I get back (after Round 2), they'll be hearing from me.

  4. we also have to keep in mind our squad did get better as the season went on. Some injuries towards the end, but it start as a fairly ordinary squad.

The started 11 in round 1 was:

    Redmayne

    Wielaert

    Ramsay

    Archibald

    Kisnorbo (c)

    Murdocca

    Paartalu

    Mooy

    Dugandzic

    Brown

    Duff

That is an unspeakably shit starting 11 and yet we played Sydney off the park.
