  1. Report: Aston Villa prepared to take financial hit on Ross McCormack

Aston Villa reportedly want to sell Ross McCormackin the summer transfer window.

Aston Villa are prepared to take a huge financial hit on Ross McCormack, according to The Birmingham Mail.

McCormack has struggled to make an impact at Villa since his move from Fulham in the summer of 2016 for a transfer fee reported by BBC Sport to be worth £12 million.

The 31-year-old striker, who has had loan spells at Nottingham Forest and Melbourne City during his time at Villa, does not appear to have a future at Villa.

According to The Birmingham Mail, The Villans are desperate to get the former Leeds United striker off their books, and have prepared to take a huge financial hit.

    Where next?

It seems that Villa want to sell McCormack, and one suspects that the former Leeds and Fulham striker will leave the Championship club this summer.

The big question is where the Scotland international striker will go. A return to Leeds perhaps? Or maybe back to his first professional club Rangers? What about a loan move to another Championship club in England?

He was the Nix’s best player this season and we have signed him under the cap, looks a very good signing.

The problem is he has been injured and could be still injured. We dont want to be playing an injured player. Look at Ross, he has been injured for the whole season with an ancle injury or something

  4. Look at Graham Arnold atm. Even though they have been lucky a few times (against us), he has still has been a successful coach in the A-League with both CCM and Sydney.

This view seems to be promoted by Craig Foster. I note that most foreign managers don't do much here.

Amore was successful with Adelaide and also Merick with Victory and now Newcastle but there the only coaches i can think of who were from Europe. Lets see how Wazza turns out. Prove me wrong Wazza
