  1. If adopting City Blue means that CFG pump more money into marquees and facilities to make us a powerhouse in Asia then I am all for it. Gone of the days of ice baths in wheelie bins. We are one of if not the biggest mover and shaker in the league right now and I for one am exited to see what happens in the future. I loved Melbourne Heart and they grew into City. Weather sky blue or Red and White I will support my team. If people want to leave due to colours. Go for it your choice that's fan. But a small change may result in huge gains.

  2. my gut feeling is.

Home kit - "City Blue" - Come on we all knew this would happen.

Away kit: Red and White - I think they would be happy to leave this as it is.

I am more than happy for CFG to come in and call the shots. If we didn't do it SFC or victory would of. We are no longer that small club trying to be Victory. We are the Melbourne Club trying to become the best in Asia.

Whatever the club is trying to do to increase numbers is simply not working.

Same people have been at the club for years and same problems occur.

During the week, hardly hear anything from the club on radio, tv or anywhere else. Have talents like Fornaroli and don't market him to the nines. Ditto Mooy.

Can have all the money in the world, but if you don't change nothing changes. There is no connection of Melbourne City to Melbourne or Victoria at present.

A club this size with the way we are playing should be having more than 15k members and getting your 15-20k crowds every week.

Just in general tickets are way too much. Lower those general admin prices and it will help. But spot on more media attention would be great.

JVS may trying out what he did with big Eric the Viking.  He'll probably be out for a few weeks as a wake up call, and then be back in the squad with a final chance to prove himself.

This could be a masterstroke because he if comes back and fires up at the business end of the season, he will greatly strengthen the team.

If it doesn't work, then there it is no change really, as we've had to perform without him, or with his minor contributions from the start anyway.

Having him in our squad does stop us signing another visa player, but not a guest player.

As a marque he has had more than enough time to show his worth. Next please.

  5. It was pretty funny how the Active supporters were trying to get the north end to stand up for the Ole oleeeee and there were just two kids standing in the front row doing it! Lol

On the other hand, how good was the wing's (Gate 7 side) response? OLE OLEEEEEEEEEEE...OLE OLEEEEEEEEEEE

Thanks for the special applause bearded Capo man! hehe

Will only take a few more people to stand up and get them up
