Covic, the guy singlehandedly won an ACL for western Sydney less than 12 months ago and is an absolute beast. Imagine him and kisnorbo at the back, no one is getting off easily.

Disappointed as hell, but not going to rule us out. We may need Brisbane and west Sydney to start winning again (except against us) and hope mariners and the scum slip up. They were flat and they looked angry as hell about it, I reckon next week will be pretty big for us. Everyone get round the boys and support them, they've worked their guts out with a decent coach and anything can happen

Good signing, but he needs to not carry on like a Diva. Hes getting paid roughly what he's worth at the minute. JA and JD need to make sure he fits with the team dynamic but I reckon he will be good.
Interested to see what the fuckwits come up at the first derby, Harry score against those pricks and shove it up their ass.

SULO would be more appropriate to the Tards based on their away kit. If the club is keen on a financial sponsor, why not go with NAB? Should be easy to get, as they are already with FFA, but might be overcommitted.

I pay $250 for my Swans membership and there are only 4 games in Melbourne! But i don't really think twice about it cause I just want to be a member.
I'd also buy a Heart pet membership if they bring it out. It's not like my cat can come to the games (obviously!) but I'd just see it as a donation to the club.
Another person who has seen the light (re Swans that is)!!!

Great fixture, if the regional game is Albury so be it. I think lots of Friday nights will help, I know lots of families with kids will struggle, but there will be lots of games in Summer Holidays. Bit bummed about missing the 27th Dec game (Christmas in NSW), but an approach could be made to the Barmy Army to come over (English people aren't that fond of Kiwis from what I know). Now which away trips, thinking possibly Perth and/or Central Coast.
Bring on Round 1 and Johnny, get some signings done STAT!

Miron would be a very interesting character, at least there wouldn't be a dull moment.

Wow you summarised my thoughts pretty well after I had a bit of thinking time driving home (was out and about for a bit).
We need to get Madaschi, Goodwin, Mooy and Gameiro.
Madaschi's impact was immense when he was with us, I know he loved being here and loved the club, so lets go about getting him (replacement for Colossimo).
Goodwin was a crying shame to be lost from this club, need him back (replace Hoffman).
Mooy is a great talent, he seems to have a great lease on life at WSW (not sure who he replaces but I think we need him)
Gameiro is a great YOUNG talent who has a good work ethic and a lot of talent based on what I've seen (once again, not sure who he replaces)
Just throwing it out there, but if I could only have 1, it has to be Madaschi

I think this is fantastic. As a guy who brings his girlfriend along, I would love to see more girls around as well, whether it be in active or other areas.
This has proven to be a success across other other footy codes in Australia, why not the Heart.
Hope this gets up, and lads I think we need to remember the club an use ALL the fans we can get, so to the girls I say welcome and come along.

He still made some extremely important saves which not many keepers in this league would have managed. I get the age component but who would you suggest we realistically get? Goalkeeping coach extremely important, have to get that right too.
