Matt Windley Herald Sun April 1st 2017 6.05am BREAKING: Serious trouble looms for A League Contender Following the leaking of video from the UK’s BBC, the Herald Sun can exclusively report that the 2016-17 season for an A League club – believed to be the Melbourne Victory – is on the brink of disaster as Football Federation Australia stand to investigate multiple incidents leading up to this weekend’s A League round. The Herald Sun can report that the Panorama footage – from the same team that brought down Sam Allardyce as England Football Manager in late 2016 – clearly shows a number of Australian club officials meeting with middle men to curry favourable onfield decisions. The footage comes to light in the wake of the BBC’s ongoing investigation into transfer rigging. Transfer rigging occurs when club officials take money, commonly known as ‘bungs’, in exchange for their assistance in pushing through big money transfers. Interest in football activities down under came to the interest of the UK media outlet following a spate of recent transfers between European sides and the Australian football club in question. One particular transfer involved a player from big European nation coming to the A League as the competitive season had started. It was seen by many as a strange short term loan deal, since the player left the A League midseason after starting most games on the bench. Rumors have since surfaced of bullying and thuggish behaviour by the team’s head coach (resulting in significant self-harm issues for the player in question). What the BBC found upon further investigation is that in exchange for differing amounts of cash (believed to go well into five figures), the club would benefit from a number of onfield refereeing decisions. The BBC alleged the system has been in place for a while, since the club in question are seen as the A League’s victim child. It is commonly known that the fans, players and employees at the club hold the perception that any shorting coming at the club or spectator trouble in their famed North Terrace could never be the club’s or the fans fault. From all reports, the alleged A League club has become increasing unsettled by the fact they are no longer the club of choice in their home city, and thereby feel the need to extend their unscrupulous onfield antics through new means away from the playing arena. The FFA have refused to comment on the case, other than state the concerns do relate to the league’s so called victim club, and relate to a number of questionable offside goals this season and last. The FFA did confirm however that they would release significant detail in the press conference at 10 am this coming Thursday. One BBC insider has gone as far as to say that the case relating to the offsides is damning as the goals relate to a highly paid central striker. It has been noted that there is more than a clear ‘nose’ in it when it comes to the alleged player and club trying to cheat their cross town rivals. The insider was quoted as saying that they had never seen such a pack of villainous scum other than in Star Wars’ Mos Eisley cantina scene, and that all pikeys, gypsys and scum are always the same. They are all cheats and liars, and that once a cheat; always a cheat.

johnno cpfc
yes well it is 1st of April and people should be aware that these kind of stories do happen. It's almost as ridiculous as Bruno becoming naturalised after only being here for 2 years. Edited April 1, 2017 by johnno cpfc Added script. Falastur
Could tell it was fake when you named the wrong British publication Panorama (BBC) did the investigation which caught Allardyce soliciting for bungs for player transfers while Bolton manager in 2006 (he managed to keep his job after that one). It was the Daily Telegraph who caught him again and got him kicked out of the England job last year. Enjoyed the story otherwise.
