We're gonna concede another 3 minimum if we don't change something asap

So, what's PK going to do? Make some bold attacking subs to try and turn the game around, or "stick to the plan"? We're getting a hiding as it is, and I can see a red coming if we don't watch out.

We might have just dropped the plate and be left with the cup?

Take the loss and move on. The Plate is not out of reach yet, WU will run out of legs, and Victory will come close but they will have to go on a decent winning streak with big scores.

It's a derby, Heart would be on a losing streak beat Victory and then go back to losing.

Am I the only one who has just watched that replay again and thought that Glover got there first and was then clattered? Blame for the first goal for me is with the short backpass from Jamieson.

Definitely Jamo's fault but Glover has to be aware that D'Agostino was there, it was like slow motion

Just turned it on due to family commitments. Can somebody get me up to date why we aren’t playing our strongest team when we can pretty much lock the plate away? Berenguer, Bos, Reis, Galloway and O’Neill all still injured

Berenguer injured after 37 minutes, Bos dropped for Jamieson, Galloway and O'Neill not selected presumably injured.

Thanks.

Victory has had the better of us in play this season, such a score line and Rojas turning Jamo inside out was only a matter of time. They’ve created so many chances in the last few games against us. They are our only danger come end of season and a perfect example of getting your moneys on the pitch. It has so be said Victory seems to be there when it matters.

Fuck man look at our midfield, all kids.

Hamstring for Florin? Not surprising the minutes he has played this season. He looked fatigued the last two games already.

So outclassed on coaching level or individual player level?

I pick the latter, Victory just a more mature team and stronger when it matters this season, also controlled the midfield (where games are won).

A very poor game from us.

Positives

It could have been 6 or 7-0

Negatives:

Pl selected a very unbalanced side, we really missed O'Neill, compounded by playing our other good DM, Griffith, at CB and leaving our good CB on the bench all night. We had our usual number of midfield turnovers but didn't have O'Neill to tidy up. We stopped haemorrhaging goals as soon as our young DM, Gomulka came on.

PK selected Jamieson to start over Bos, Jamieson had a role in two out of the three goals

Popovic had exactly the same game plan that he used against us in the previous two derbies: press hard and force a midfield turnover, then counter-attack quickly. We weren't set up to deal with this at all.

Shutting down our midfield meant we had no service to the front three, resorting to aimless long balls forward

Kisnorbo masterclass tonight -  outcoached

Was it really PK, all Victory players just seemed just better and more more mature, played with purpose.

We have no idea going forward all season against them, are we that easy to play against for a good side?

Playing against Geria and Davidson on the flanks is very different proposition to O'Toole and other bloke from Sydney. The league is so uneven in the term of quality.

PK huge mistake is that after being outplayed twice,  he still lined up without proper DM in position.

Well actually but it still think individually we looked under par tonight.
