Anyone else on here use iiNet for email? I've had no email service since about mid-day Christmas Day. Website appears to be down. According to https://www.isitdownrightnow.com/iinet.net.au.html  the website appears to have been down for over 14 hours. VOIP and internet work OK. I'm completely lost on what to do - don't know the technical side at all.

IINET uses the Optus Network (I think).

My entire family staying in SE QLD all have had <1 Mbps on our Optus mobile network.

Supposedly it's fixed now.

Staggering incompetence and lack of customer service from this mob. Took them 24 hours to admit that there was a problem right across the country, and now they are blaming "extreme weather events" in Perth. Off-line for something approaching 29 hours now. And they can't seem to fix it.

I've had problems with them for years now - ever since the NBN came in - but this one takes the cake.

Correction, I was wrong re: Optus
