JW, I've been having a bit of trouble following his contract situation. I believe he is technically only allowed to play in ACL matches, but with Bridge now out he will most likely be activated as an IRP (and so eligible for A-league matches too), which is three weeks after his last IRP deal expired. However, Graham Arnold said two weeks ago in a press conference before their derby that it was bullshit that Kalmar could replace Santalab as an IRP because Nick is a midfielder, not a forward. Not sure where the ACL restriction comes into it though. Also not sure what the hell is happening in terms of who he is replacing etc. Pretty sure Arnie is a BS artist anyway! I've read that he replaced Baccus, Castelen, Santalab and now Bridge on top of being an ACL player. I doubt FFA even know. They're too busy lording over us and Glory ATM.
