They are half decent. Hume were better than Victory first half, then a series of defensive mistakes cost Hume city in second half.

Inferiority complex, activated this guy is a good guy and doesn;t get in big heart v victory discussions and is pretty chilled, but there's these other two guys....SO MUCH RAGE !! I swear they talk more about us than their own team. I know we all have teams we like to hate, but it's to the level that's a little unhealthy hahaha. I don;t know it they love victory or hate us more !! There's far to many haters out there. Can't reason with them. I know a few that are unbearable. I met a older chap the other day who says he's not renewing his Victory m/ship and would like to switch his family over to City. However, a big factor for him is our home ground. He is concerned if Etihad becomes our home ground....I hadn't heard any club news and I certainly hope we do not play any home games there either! Any official news on this idea?

Wrong thread, but I'll post anyway. Brisbane have their youth team playing with the same philosophy - possession, attacking style. Easy transition for teenagers.I've spoken to a father of a Brisbane youth player (name escapes me, but he scored a goal on his debut). He said that players are disciplined if they hog the ball, don't follow the Brisbane style. Hope we unite our management style (youth/senior with EPL and Nyfc) also.

I think, Canberra, Wollongong, another Qld team and Geelong. All 3 cities (plus another Qld Rival city) have a massive football following and have capability to draw crowds between 5-10k, which is acceptable for smaller cities. Naturally, then need large investors to bank roll, I see this as a reality if new Intl groups that own existing teams step in (like Cfg). One of the reasons why many game lovers are extremely optimistic with the sport in our country - it's only a matter of time when another rich team/owners branch out to oz. City will be trend setters.

It's been said many times before, it Takes more than 1 or 2 individuals. You need at least 3 to significantly influence the team success. With Duff now outboard, we need at lest 2 other permanent high quality players to make a real difference.

It's in a once a century type of flood plain. Drainage would be the issue. Bundy is known for highly reactive clay. Only way to fix properly is dig deep greater than 600mm and mix/fill with sandy soil. I assume they've opted for a kick fix and spiked the soil and chemically treated it.
