I don't think there's much doubt that the name change is happening.

Still some doubts over him, but he certainly appears to fit the City criteria almost perfectly. My main concern is that he hasn't shown an ability to get the team playing out from the back in a way that Brisbane, Victory and Adelaide have shown is possible in this league. Will be interesting to see how he goes with a bigger budget, and he deserves the opportunity.

The difference is, we still won 4-0. Under Aloisi we would be outplayed and lose 2-0, but because we missed one great chance we were "unlucky to lose". Now, we outplay teams, miss multiple chances every game (as all sides do), but still win because we are the better team.

Being active fans isn't anyones profession, they aren't paid for what they do and there are many circumstances around certain games (derbys in particular) that don't allow for a fluid display during a game. And the 'leaders' usually have their hands pretty full trying to run through the formalities and execute tifo, keep people in-line, etc. The GA supporters where not quite as great as you think they were, they didn't really get involved early, even with an invitation from the active fans and even after we went up 2-0! Fancy a bloke criticising those active supporters with his armchair view... Do you deliberately misinterpret other peoples' posts?

Will say there's a slight risk in waiting for tomorrow, but it's worked every time for me. Last derby there were plenty of tickets on sale in all categories even an hour before kickoff.

They will release more heart end tickets tomorrow if you're willing to wait it out and spend a bit of time refreshing ticketek.

Thought he did alright. Red was there, just a bit harsh/unlucky for Engelaar. Ramsay's wasn't a pen (defender got the ball). The handball might have been a pen, but protecting the face is usually allowed (not sure if that's an actual rule). Germano appears to be offside for the goal, if that tackle is counted as a pass by Dugandzic.

He's pretty bad (at commentating, general discussion he's alright), but don't really expect SEN to invest in a good football commentator.

I know where you're gonig with this, but I guess it comes back to a commitment to risk youth? Yes, partly, but I've never been overly impressed by our bench selection and management under either of our coaches. I suppose this is an aspect where the experience of a coach shows itself. Of course it's easy sitting in the stands... Also easy in hindsight.. if Dugandzic had failed to follow his man people would complain that we should've brought on the young guy with fresh legs. Harsh to blame the coach on this one.
