  • Interests
Melbourne Heart FC [Duh!], Cardiff City FC, XBOX 360, Golf, Cricket [Barmy Army of course], Radio Broadcaster/Journalist/Documentarian, Author (Unpublished, but hoping to be), I love Busty Women [Double Duh, who doesn't!], Music (Producing/Recording/Writing/Promoting/Advertising)and screaming my tits off in the Yarraside Terrace.

Hates: Hate is a powerful word & emotional state of mind! Having said that; I hate Kevin 'Break a f**king rookie's leg' Muscat & the rabble he calls HIS team! (Obviously)

I don't think much of f**king Swansea City FC, Bristol FC's (Both), Millwall (who doesn't?) Chelsea 'Russian Mob Money' FC...either. That is over there (UK) though, so the hatred stays there too.

Wishes: Melbourne Heart FC champions!! (Asia too), Cardiff City FC (EPL...this year pleeeassse! I can't f**king stand it anymore Malky!), big tittie women a'plenty (even better in Heart jumpers...woo hoo!), and my final wish - that somebody...anybody...push Muscat down the stairs at AAMI for our joyous Yarraside sense of justice and entertainment!

    UP YARRASIDE!! GO HEART!!

  1. I don't wish to sound like a critic, brothers and sisters but I'm kind of forced to make a point about the meeting. I have read a couple of posts here, and on FB, about possible non-attendance due to the inconvenience of having to commute in from <insert outer Melbourne suburb here> And like to respectfully remind them that some of us are making the trek from literally hundreds of kilometers away. Inconvenient... you bet... but that's just how bloody important this club and its support is to me. The burden of distance is secondary in inconvenience to the loss of our active support, our atmosphere, and our soul. This club is of the highest importance to me (second only to my family and close friends), and I won't allow a 600km round trip be the pissy thorn of regret to my reasons for a no-show. For those "umming and arring" about coming or not, I respectfully urge you to consider the consequences of us just giving up altogether. This is our chance to be heard by a group of like-minded supporters, who love this club as much as you do. I understand that some have family/work commitments and if so, this post is NOT targeting you! However the vibe of our club and it's active support are worth saving, then a dash across town to the Impy is not to much to ask or you. Who knows, you might just have a bloody brilliant idea to share with us! Make your voice be heard, make a small sacrifice for your terrace, regain the atmosphere, and let's get the team rising in 2014/15. Who's with us? Catch you at the Impy on Monday night!
  2. I'm coming up from Warrnambool for this as I feel this is fundamentally important for the club and fans. I'm even going to brave the white line fever and drive home again afterwards. This is our chance to get involved in the new regime and as a foundation member of Heart, and a Yarraside regular we owe it to those who paved the way to get involved and continue their legacy. I'm disappointed that Yarraside is over and wish it was different, but we cannot dwell on the past or the opposition supporters will win. I'm willing to do my part even though I live almost 300ks away, and I'm looking forward to the new era to begin. Having said that is like to thank Yarraside for everything they have done for us and their legacy shall not die if I can do/say something about it. Much respect to Y-Side... you will be missed terribly.
  3. Does anybody know who is live streaming the game via the net? I'm stuck in Warrnambool and the ABC radio broadcast does the game no justice whatsoever...
  4. Whine Whine fucking WHINE!! I hate the drive...nyah the train costs a fortune...nyah Albury is too far away... I'm driving to the game FROM CHUFFING WARRNAMBOOL! WHY?? Cos I love this club whether they play in Melbourne, Morwell, Bendigo, Ballarat, Geelong, or on the border. I realise some have family constraints, others work committments. But as I am free that weekend I will bust my guts to attend, finance it myself, and NEVER whinge about distance, temperature, or lack of tofu burgers in Dean St. Harden up, fire up, and travel up! Yarraside boys home or AWAY! Catch the true supporters at the Lavington Sports Bar...lets get pissed and help the lads win another.
  5. I think that we all can live with this likelihood. MCFC have purchased us because they see a potential in growing our club, they are not coming in to take away our identities and Melbourne City FC is a good, logical fit. They can modify the away strip but the home strip is sacred to us and they know it. I am doubtful that a juggernaut business icon such as MCFC would change a great deal of our identity, after all it is bad business to alienate the existing fanbase in order to increase the numbers in the terraces. The last thing our exalted leaders will want is a factional fanbase between the Heart originals and the new potential fans, we can see how it is working between the North/South Mongs at Etihad and we can really unite behind the cause instead of shitting in our own backyard like the Blue idiots seem to do each week. Also lets be honest. The only people that have been talking about the colours are us, the media (which haven't used any facts or quotes) and a handful of city fans or non-heart supporters stirring shit. Man City have said nothing. All they have said is they will listen to us to make the right decisions and don't plan on making a mini-city. They chose to buy us, we didn't run to them saying please buy us, we'll do whatever you want. I don't think it's their intention to piss everyone off and destroy Melbourne Heart. Not when we can so easily become part of their global brand without going all Spanish Inquisition on our arses. The announcement has really shaken the non-believing pricks up, hasn't it? I copped a smartarsed quip from a Mong this week only for me to reply with; "We can buy anyone, do anything, and at anytime we bloody well like...be afraid, and enjoy the good times while it lasts because the bubble that is MVFC, will burst soon! Sleep Tight! - Naturally, I haven't heard another thing back since...funny isn't it, how a simple truth put in plain English to a simpleton can be so effective (Heaven knows, after last night's tweet from Archie Mongson they need all the simplicity they can get)

  7. Quote: "I have had many worries in my life, none of which ever happened" - Mark Twain (Samuel Clemens) Quote: "We are Melbourne Heart...The A-League's whipping boys last week, now the richest most powerful football entity in the land!" - Me! ...we are now, much much richer than Collingwood, more powerful than the AFL, broader reaching than the NRL, Super Rugby, and T20 combined...we are forever, we are on the way back, and WE WHO STOOD TRUE have been rewarded for our loyalty. Melbourne Heart or City (they can call us "Melbourne Fucking" for all we care!) are now a powerhouse! No more living in the Mongs shadow, no more surviving from the scraps of other a-league clubs, no more tin-pot businessmen and country lawyers playing their version of "football manager" at our expenses... We are Melbourne Heart and always have been and will be...we can say we were there when it started, the day we win the title! Those who say they are gonna leave...GOOD! FUCK OFF AND STAY GONE!! Those of us diehards who travelled, stood strong and believed...It begins for US, NOW! Lets have a beer and a smile and hang on for the biggest thrill of our lives! MHFC & YARRASIDE FOREVER!
  8. Don't like the grey looks abit dull. Maybe swap it for a dark red. Other than that, looks good. Hopefully get it made nice and big. 2x2metres The plan is to make it roughly 3m x 2m, double sided.. Hope that's big enough for a flag Here's a sample with a dark red triangles-flag-red-white-darkred.png liking this. looks like it should belong in the Curva Sud Roma... I like the design, but maybe instead of grey add some gold or darker red...but yes, great pattern and will look awesome as a larger flag. Great work!
  9. I have a mixing console i can loan out at no cost to do this Bozza...let me know and ill arrange to get it to you asap
  10. I support the Heart because "Victory Are Cunts" and i couldn't give a toss if they wore hot pink and purple...print that Les Woods you Sydney Flog!
  11. Tired, emotional, physically sick to the guts, fed up and have lost faith in God! However...I will not lose faith in Yarraside or our team (even when they play like fucktards) No boycotting...ever! If some of us can make the trek up from Warrnambool, Bendigo, Wodonga, Rutherglen, Gippsland, Shepparton, Geelong, and other regions..then we don't want to hear the word "boycott" from those who live in the burbs of Melbourne. I will be there on Friday, yes Im fucking tired, and honestly thought that i might have been having a mild heart attack on Saturday (for real...not figuratively!) I've never felt so physically depleted as i did after the derby, i wanted to scream but could barely whimper! But I'll be there at the Impy pre-match, i'll be there at Y-Side during the match, and as rooted as I am feeling...glad i made the trek! NO BOYCOTTING! ONE IN! ALL IN OR DIVIDED WE WILL FALL - GO HEART! HAIL YARRASIDE FOREVER!
