There is absolutely no need for the visa spots to be sorted ASAP. In fact financially it'd make sense not to get it sorted ASAP.
And before anyone says "oh but they need to train with the squad" etc - well any bloody visa or marquee signing worth their salt shouldn't and won't need 3 months to get themselves right.
The only reason wed sort it ASAP is to appease the impatient fans. Which, I'd wager, won't be a determining factor in negotiations.

That's what i want to finally hear... We are chasing midfield players from Spain and Italy... Players with football brains and creative skill. Please stop talking about Grant Holt as if we missed out on something speacial. Guys there's a reason why England does what they do in big comps and that's because we like them are one dimensional players. We need class players like Finkler and Germano, and if we loss Garcia we've lost our best player!
Yeah, nah, exactly. Grant Holt in the A-League would be no good - but Finkler and Germano fuckin rip it up. Good call!
