  1. This. Credit to Hoffman. Hes got an annoying voice, looks lanky on the field, and has put us through many miserable performances. but he has put in some quality shifts. he makes mistakes - but who hasnt? our incompetent manager decides to make him a LB, two years after he was a striker. do i think he should be re-signed end of season? no. but he is not a reason for our current form (or complete lack of it).
  2. Bozza should be hired so he can be sacked as well.
  3. IMO he shouldnt play this year but get him signed and ready for next season...
  4. Which family? Aloisi's? he has given us 16 game sof pain in a row, and in all 1.5 years of ridiculousness. what must he do to get fired?! http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=yngq9NmOnFw not even...
  5. I've just tipped over breaking point. sack everyone. we need yet another clear out, including on field.
  6. Germano's injury has been extended by 2 weeks after he got up off the couch too quickly
  7. ffs i read that with Hoffman's voice narrating it to me...
  8. Just think we need more width down the left especially. Geria makes Hoffman look like a decent RB and can easily be exploited. i agree - i like playing with wingers as well. but, how much confidence have our wide players given you that they could break down a defence? none of them warrant a starting sport - so why play them? It's pretty much the only remaining thing that Aloisi does that JVS also did, play in a formation that uses 2 wide players. We might not keep possession, pass through midfield, promote youth or play in an attacking style, but Aloisi rather dogmatically persists with 2 wide players (who become much less effective when you stop doing all the other things that Aloisi stopped doing). I agree, it probably would be worth trying a formation without wingers/wide players. Or I think we could have tried playing with 3 defenders at the back. And I also think we could/should have played more young players. There have been so many options worth trying that Aloisi has overlooked (another option: David Davutovic recommended in an article that we stop playing Williams as a 10 and pretty much play a 442 with Williams being played a forward). For better or for worse, I expect Aloisi to persist playing 2 wide players as long as he is head coach at Heart. if we played a 4-4-2 it would end up a 4-2-4 because our wide players are naturally wingers, not wide midfielders - theres a big difference. I agree with what you've said, and Aloisi will be using wingers while he remains our manager. but why? They never score or make a chance for someone else, spur easy chances, cough up the ball easily, dont pressure enough when defending, are inconsistent etc... IMO Aziz is more likely to score/assist than Ramsey, and thats saying something.

  10. play a 4-3-2-1 pls best match up to play vs them. Redmayne Walker---------Wielaert---------------Kisnorbo---------------Aziz Gerhardt Migliorini------------------------Murdocca Kewell-----------Mauk Mifsud Even though Walker isnt in the squad ffs
  11. I wouldnt care if he's Victory or not. He's quality. Simple as that im good. would much rather see Mauk or The Gooch be starting for us.
  12. does anyone else think that the big bash is getting more media coverage than this?
  13. I actually reckon he will turn it around, He is still consistently finding himself in "One on One" situations that very few other players in the league besides Berisha ever do... thats right and because he is playing with no confidence, when he is through 1 v 1, hes thinking 'what happens if i miss' rather than 'this is mine'....
  14. im still hopefull this bloke can turn it around. so far tbh, hes been utterly diabolical but ive seen the last couple of weeks that hes got quite a bit in his locker, even though it looks like hes playing with no confidence at all.

    Aziz Toure!

    Im thinking Aziz and Gol-Gol!
  16. don't be logical, there's no place for that sorry, im out of line, and i apologize. we need to stick to concentrating on re-signing Meeuwis.
  17. am i the only one who doesnt mind Slater?
  18. I do not care if he runs 500 miles in a game mate and puts 'great pressure' on the opposition. He is a striker and needs to score. Simple. Oh didn't he score today?? Sorry I must of mistaken him for the other Mifsud playing today. My bad what im saying is that he needs to do better. i have been criticising other players. Dugandzic is just as influential on the bench as on the pitch Ramsey is probably worse at finishing than Mifsud Williams has been up and down - but has not been played in his best position at CF Gol Gol is lazy and his final ball is lacking and Kewell is a whole other bag of shit....
  19. To be fair, in general, I'd say he played quite well, his finishing on the other hand was disgraceful. He's not alone though, Golgol, David and Harry all commited horrible misses of their own, what's wrong with this team... well this is definitely the best i can remember him playing, but he was still very wasteful.
  20. do you mean loser? he didnt even play well. if we had a more accomplished CF today (a.k.a.Berisha) we wouldve won 3-2.
