I clearly don't understand boxing coz from what I saw it was Manny landing heaps of punches (which I thought was points) and Mayweather defending in the corner the whole time with 1 or 2 sporadic punches here and there. From Round 8 onwards he started to level the ledger and started punching.
But that's my 2 cents anyway. Clearly wrong.
boxing scoring is based on more than punches landed.
Scoring in professional boxing is rather subjective in nature. Controversy seems to arise after every close bout, and official scorers are often scorned by viewers that deemed the fight far from close.
Three ringside judges score bouts based on four factors:
- Clean punching: “Clean” punches are punches that land on the face/side of the head and the front/side of the torso.
- Effective aggressiveness: A boxer demonstrates this trait when he consistently and successfully moves forward in a controlled manner.
- Ring generalship: The judges favor the fighter who controls the pace and style of the bout.
- Defense: Boxers that skillfully incorporate defensive maneuvers receive credit in this area.

Anyone taking Pacquiao @ $2.70?
maybe....
if the fight goes the distance i can see Mayweather winning
I think Mayweather is actually the better fighter but Pacquiao @2.70 is decent value

Bejeebus. Looks like Parma may have gone bankrupt (reports still varied at this point). They had to cancel their match this week due to not being able to afford the match stewards. Players gone unpaid for months.
I remember the 90s where, with the backing of Parmalat, Parma seemed to come from nowhere and began challenging the big teams with some very attractive football. I'm quite stunned, and a little sad. Always had a soft spot for those teams who haven't had that prestigious history, but manage to punch above their weight.
Apparently they couldn't afford to pay the electricity bill to open their stadium.
Players have not been paid this season
Club was sold for 1 euro
might not be able to play vs Genoa because they cant afford a team bus
They will play in the amateur leagues next season imo

Keen to watch North Korea tomorrow
It will explain Kim's absence in the past few months at the helm as he will appear as the lone striker up front for his country, he'll score a hatrick and the northerners will claim he is footballing God
Isnt it because they had to film "The Interview"?

im only interested because i know someone who treats it basically like a second job/income
eg. he had $2,500 on Holland vs Aus to finish 3-2
Interesting, this is what I've been focusing on recently with soccer, correct score market, except obviously with way less money.
How sure are you that's legit though, odds would have been pretty high so it would have been a serious payout, to the level that I'm sure a few bookies would reject the bet.
to be exact, i think he put 2 different multi's on,:
Chile 2-0 Spain, Aus 2-3 Holland
Chile 2-0 Spain, Aus 1-3 Holland (or something similar)
and i think he may have put on $1,250 on each, but his outlay was definitely at least $2,500
I agree with what you say about the correct score markets, as it forces me to put my balls on the line and not be influenced by the WDW odds.
EDIT: 75% sure its legit, he often puts large bets on. Not sure which company with though
