Definitely more so in West Footscray since they started pulling down the factories and building houses on the blocks. Filled mostly with Upper Middle Class young families.

Definitely less then there used to be since they're opting more for Pattaya these days as it's cheaper. TBH I found the Emirati families in Patong a lot more annoying.
