Are we sure Lopane is a young player? Not just this game but he really plays like a 35yo, passenger, no agility, no speed and no enthusiasm you often see with youngsters.

We are old and slow, most our opponents have younger, fitter and quicker squads. The word is, our squad is experienced. Not strong, not when your core as way past it in your 30s. Brisbane had the same amount of chances in the 8-1 thrashing, they just don’t convert then.

Tilio is on European pay, Jeggo might be in the designated bracket. I’ll be surprised if we bring anyone of real quality due to lack cap space. Then I again I don’t know how the departing players were allocated and if we were maxed out already. From memory it’s 2 marquee and 2 designated players.
