He plans very long term. He wants the very best but it has to be n a certain way that reflects well on himself and Abu Dhabi and of course, the club, its fans and the community it serves. You will become the biggest supported team in Australia and i will also say this, thanks to his investment, football in your country will without a doubt overtake the AFL at some point down the road.

You guys will get your own training ground and within a very short space of time, it WILL be the very best there is in Australasia. You guys will get your own acadamy and within the next 5-10 years you will be pushing out the finest talent there is in Australia. You guys will get full access to our new world class training/acadamy system here in the UK. In the meantime, you will get to sign the best available talent that will play in the A-league and in the short term, you will see a much improved and winning side. You will also get loaned out some of our younger players no doubt who are not ready for us but i will gaurantee, are more than ready for the A-league. You guys will get a management team that will use our expertise and you guys will play some of the most attacking, beautiful football. You guys will get the very best medical team available. You guys will get the cheapest and best matchday experience there is. Fuck it guys, you guys have to realise that second best is no longer an option and you will just get the very best in everything and i will wager, you will even do it playing in red and white! ;-)

I create my own opportunities to rub it in after the amount of shit we have copped. We should have invited the Victards to the mini tournament in May so that we could have both handed them their arses on a plate!

City fan mate that does our pre match shows over here in City square before our home games. Just a fan who has an inside to the club and therefore, would be a great start for any quiries and contacts you guys might want. I would take note though of the press release from the CEO. You are a seperate entity, playing on another continent in a different league and you will not become a plaything he will get bored of and walk away from, no matter how many times you will hear it from jealous fans of other clubs. As a club we were deep in the shit when HRH Mansour took over. In the shadow of our twattish neighbours and the butt of everyones jokes. He promised us it would end and it has. 5 years later we are one of the richest clubs in the world, with world class players and playing some of the most attacking and beautiful football you could ever imagine. He is busy turning us into one of the worlds biggest sporting names and in doing so, he is also investing in our local community and transforming what was a dump into something incredibly special, creating jobs for the local community and making sure that the club benefits commercially as well so that in the future, we will be more than self sustaining. NYCFC have been invited along for the ride and you boys have just unwrapped a golden ticket as well. Honestly, you have no idea just how lucky you have become :-)

This is where I get concerned. All these MCFC fans are telling us not to worry the new owners will listen too us. Then in the next breath they are saying they will push the blue brands onto us. Im not too sure we will mate. Will you end up with City blue as an away kit? I will wager yes but i honestly believe that as fans, if you want to keep the traditional home kit then it will remain. I will say it again. Our owner is all about the fans, the community they live in and the club that plays in that community. Just look to the future though mate as it now belongs to all you heart fans.

You are about to experience the best ride a football fan could ever have and every dream you have had about your club is about to be realised.
