I don't think I'm alone is saying that Aloisi's time is up, no doubt about it. However, I feel that it is slightly unfair for all the blame to go on him. The players have made more mistakes than an Under 15s team and the recruitment this year, while not being poor, isn't good either. There are more people higher than Aloisi who need to leave, and it needs to be soon
