  1. Agreed, I want Kalmar on the park tomorrow if Kewell isn't. That being said, if he is to make something of his career, then this is the year to show it. He is peaking physically and like Nate said, has the technical ability to carve up opposition defences. We need more out of Williams and Mate. And as some bloke said on Heart's Facebook page, less Hoffman, more Walker!
  2. Got mine yesterday after ordering two weeks ago. I'd call.
  3. I thought our 6000 membership total would coincide with our Facebook page reaching 40,000 likes. Not much I know, but still decent. How many of them are Victory/trolls I don't know, but 40,000 is promising. On ya Heart.
  4. Brisbane's target of 10K is ambitious. That figure is a week old but they're still a fair way off. Looks like Adelaide, CC, Sydney and Heart have all (or will) achieve their targets. Not sure about Wellington achieving their target of 4K; they're useless. Victory's is 23K and looks achievable, unbelievably.
  5. I read this thread every day and I'm still not quite sure who we are after. Does anyone have any idea of realistic targets? Heart have been keeping their cards close to their chest, which isn't a bad thing, but I can't remember Aloisi saying 'we are after XYZ' or 'ABC is close to making a decision'. I'm assuming Holt and Karagounis aren't signing, so who are we even after? It's frustrating.
  6. Don't panic yet mate. In all three seasons, yes, this has been the worst, but the recent releases and the signing of Ramsay is a step (or are steps) in the right direction. Surely we must have money now to buy a few good players and the Club are hopefully working hard to bring them here. I know this season wasn't our best but there were a few positives. Why isn't there a thread about the positives? Or is there?
  7. I think JA should play some of the younger blokes...what does he have to lose? If anything of them play to the standard (not hard) that we have been playing at for most of the season, it gives him something to think about over the off-season. He might as well see who can actually compete at the highest level in Australia, even if it is against a young CCM squad, and drop the players who aren't performing well. Make a statement for once. Give the older players a chance to show him what they can ACTUALLY do when something is on the line, say, their careers.
