Agree with what Mr Mo says. Victory have established themselves as a team that succeeds or is in there trying. Melbourne Heart, and now particularly, City, have never demonstrated this attitude. I would suggest that as soon as another Melbourne team come along there will be a lot more than 20% leaving to join them.
