I’ve changed my mind on this one, think we need to play the team we intend to play in finals. Half our squad haven’t played since May 22 so another week off would probably do us a disservice

I don’t think we should forfeit because it’s an opportunity to give youngsters a crack. Play it next Wednesday or Thursday ahead of finals but give Newcastle the home game and give kids like Stokes, Rodrigues, Sutton etc. more minutes imo

If games will no longer be played in Melbourne, I hope the final or finals matches we play we get to choose the home venue. Would be so unfair to host a GF in Sydney against Sydney without any say.

Jamo is so often going into bat for us, this club and the league - have had my doubts in the past, but performances aside this guy is a seriously good leader and human being. Very proud to say he's our first captain to lift a league trophy for the club. (NB: photo a coincidence, this isn't a Jamo burner account haha)

I think it’s simple for us and has been for a while, control what we can control. Focus on winning the plate, winning the toilet seat is a bonus. If we don’t win the toilet seat it’ll be a shame and we’ll be left to wonder what could have been, which is why I think it’s important to consider anything more than the plate a bonus.

Yeah they looked very average, just not sure what players they would lose to Socceroos. Genreau, Milligan or Meredith at most? Can’t see all three going as none have been stellar. Doubt Federici would go just to be 4th fiddle over starting in a finals series.

Given he’d have been gone to the NT, hopefully this means one of our aleague competitors now lose their winger (I.e. Halloran)

I know this isn't our next fixture, but it just occurred to me that we could win/celebrate the title win in this fixture...potentially wearing red and white stripes. We didn't wear red and white stripes against CCM earlier in the year because of logistical reasons apparently, perhaps this is the one where we do?

Either way will provide valuable minutes to Cola and Tilio leading up to finals

On Ticketek it says level 3, aisle 84 and when I download the mobile ticket it says level 3, but aisle 23 (which is on the ground floor) - I'd be crazy not to give it a crack, will flash the online version when I'm approached.
