I don't think transfer fee would count in salary cap. Would love to see Paddy K and Ryan McGowan as our central defenders. Could be a very solid defence there, but I don't think we could have him from season start as Shandong eyes him an important part of the squad as all other visa players in the club are attackers like Vagner Love and Walter Montillo.
