I honestly can't remember him playing
I mean Suwon Bluewings bought him so he can't be that bad, he may come good and as a squadie from last seasons WSW isn't a bad pick up.
Couldn’t make the WSW bench for most of his tenure was in their NPL side

The sort of signing that in a few years we'll totally forget played for the club.
Ollie Bozanic 2.0
What a uninspiring start to the transfer window the slide has begun

would have been a good get for city

No. He's just gone downhill since he left us. We're pretty well off in the midfield, but not strong in the defence or up front. and I don't think we should be chasing him.
He play on the wings not in midfield

Confirmed here:

One year only I hope - it reads as if it is but not explicitly stated. One of Beach and Nieuwenhuizen ought to be able to step up thereafter.

Bailey Wright is a Melbourne boy. Played a mixture of Championship and League 1 matches. Left Sunderland by mutual consent "to pursue an opportunity overseas." A possibility I would say.
Apparently off to Singapore

One of Antonis relatives started following the club on Instagram

It's been reported that we've signed Souprayen, so the CB is covered, and he can also play on the left side of defence. He's also got the height that we're missing at the moment.
Only from one source that’s hit and miss. Believe it when I see it

Yeah that forward line and midfield already looks alright, I agree on Nuno and Nabbout.
I'd like us to target a LB, a CB and a RW with the last 3 visa spots!
LB - Behich who wants to leave Dundee or Gersbach
CB - Sainsbury or visa CB
Midfielder - Visa
Winger Visa

Looks like he's going/gone back to his Norwegian club.
Yeah that deal is gone but the intent was there and shown by Petrillo that RW position needs strengthening

So we really do need a proven quality winger to replace Tilio. Is that what we're saying?
Yep I’d say that’s why we were targeting Layouni at the start of the window

Well, with the departure of Tilio we have only three recognised forwards in the seniors at this point in time. So we need reinforcements in that area.
Also don’t want to rely on Nabbout as a starter

I read somewhere "around $2m."
In excess of 2m could be as much as 2.5m some reports have said

Agreed. The irony is that he never won anything with us, but, as a fan of the club, the Mooy seasons were just about the best in terms of being there at AAMI.
Still probably one of my favourites season not only attacking football but really good 10K plus crowds and atmosphere which made them memorable unlike the last few seasons hugely successful on the field but atmospheres have lacked

Interesting. Wait to see whether this is confirmed by City. 34 y-o, but 6' 2" tall, and I think height has been a bit of a weakness in our defence lately. If true, hope the contract isn't too long though.
Yeah very skeptical about the age and signing in general tbh , contract shouldn’t be more than 1 year tbh.

Good luck to him, Rogic did well there and I think he will do well against Scottish competition, it would be great if he got minutes in Europe. Good thing is Rodgers wanted him and wasn't palmed off onto him like Arzani.
Better for Tilio is that he’s contracted to Celtic and not just a loan deal like Arzani was

Wish him all the very best. Another, and a big, gap to fill.
Got a transfer fee similar to Bos, so that’s 4m in fees for the club this window.

Going to Celtic transfer fee agreed

Young & ugarkovic?
Young, Ugarkovic and Lopane most likely

For LB as Callum Elder has gone to derby should be going after either Behich or Gersbach imo

Well, yes. But look how that philosophy worked out with Galekovic? Quite frankly, why spend on Young when we can use James Niewenhuizen? We've been grooming the latter for two seasons - do we really have no faith in him?
Yep would have been happy with Niewenhuizen and Delianov combo

I hope Miranda stays at MV. We've got to show ambition - we've shown it with Arslan, and we need to continue it. Every player we sign doesn't have to come direct from Serie A - that would be an absurd expectation, but our signings need to reflect an ambitious intent.
Manchester City wouldn't accept a top-7 finish in the EPL after winning several titles in a row, so neither should we accept a top-4 finish next season's A-League.
Well the other rumour today was Samuel Souprayen which I find absurd considering his 35 in February. Signing Dads Army along with 40 year old Young

Have around 17-18 contracted players. Should still be signing a CB, LB, AM, Winger
also no word yet on Hall and Florin who are out of contract
