  2. Very disappointed in Melbourne active area or whatever the fuck they call themselves these days. You do NOT throw things on the pitch like a fucking angry toddler just because you're pissed off. You cunts give everyone a bad name with you're shit behaviour. Fuck off

  3. Tard active a disgrace. They sent a few of there morons into our active ... then got beaten up. I think our ground announcer was involved in the fisticuffs Their active also had a banner in the 2nd half "Disease of Football, Fuck CFG" Kisnorbo is useless when it comes to using his bench. JMAC was cactus as was Flo and he has Colovski and the Italian on the bench ... I reckon those two on and we'd have scored the 3rd ... instead turnover and the rest is history Nabout was also out on his feet and should have come off 5 or so minutes prior. O'Neil also needs to play more forward balls. Often he has good space in front, but goes wide, killing our attacks. Bring back Des .... And Victory are genuine scum

  4. I didn’t expect the loss of Luna to impact us so much but we really desperately miss him in there

  6. One of the worst refereed games I've ever seen. Tards 2 goals from 2 quickly taken fouls and that was it. Shit feeling but confident we tighten things up and those fukheads, or any other team, won't come close to us.

  7. That was a great advertisment for the League. A draw was probably a fair result although disappointed to not win. Positives: We stuck to our game and led after falling behind whilst snoozing on the pitch It's a derby but we played with passion and commitment, I hope that contunes in non-derby games Tilio & Atkinson need to start, much more positive performace with them playing A goal from a second man run, that's two weeks in a row An opportunity for Colakowski next week So end-to-end that the seagulls stayed in the air all game Negatives: problems at both ends with Reis injured and Maclaren's mystery red card. I'd like to see Roystyn replace O'Neill as DM but now he'll be CB Our first touch is poor, we're showing too much of the ball and that creates too many turnovers and slows the play. We look vulnerable to the counter-attack, every team has set up to play the same game plan against us so far this season. Bereguer is frustrating, he'll do something great one minute, poor the next Jamieson napping for the first goal Glover not looking anywhere near as confident as last season Red card, WTF? Didn't hear our supporters on TV once, of course it may have been different at the ground. TV commentary was very partisan, very annoying

  8. Initial thoughts while i wait for the train: Worst part is both of their goals were very preventable. Both of our goals were beautiful. Red card to Maclaren was strange?? What happened there? Glover is still the weakest link. Beath is shit. PK needs to make more subs earlier on. Overall we were by far the better team, just need to clean it all up. Probably a good game for the neutrals watching on FTA TV which can only be a good thing for the league.

  9. Can't string two passes together. Floppyburger should of been moved on years ago.

  11. @neio I'm just wondering, though, about who is actually the administrative body that is applying the disciplinary regulations now. In the past it was Football Australia/FFA directly administering everything. Now APL runs the League and FA the Cup. So I'm unsure. I guess that we'll find out soon enough!

  12. I'm now coming to the opinion that we need to bring in someone to at least Glover some proper competition. I don't think Sutton does that. We have empty visa slots, go use one on a keeper in January. It's going to be a very tight league, it could be the difference for us

  13. How did they send people into our active? Sounds like a government ordering their army to invade a country. Imo active was fun when you chant about the players rather then fuck this or that my two cents

  14. shots straight at him, positioning is hopeless, saved by defenders on the line

  17. 9 shots for us and only 2 for Victory. Possession was 60-40.

  18. probably the best half from us yet this season. visit0rs ferocious mifield press is breaking down our game but they will struggle to keep that up. We aren't pressing their midfield much at all. One chance for the vist0rs and one goal: this really highlights our problem this season, we aren't converting our chances like we did last season. Maclaren has been poor, Flo has been poor Our ball speed is slow, that allows Popvic to play his game - organised defence and counter-attack, we need to move the ball faster. Haven't heard our active at all.

  19. Very annoying half. Victory created nothing and scored meanwhile we can’t finish anything

  20. There is nothing more I want than to score a couple early, dominate the game and watch the best "Fairweather" supporters in the country turn on their club again. Biggest and best supporters when it suits them

  21. IMO even though he may make some technical mistakes, he reads the game so much better than Dean. At his age, improving on technique is far easier than learning to read the play which is more about instinct and intelligence which Dean has proved over time that he is deficient in. At this point in the season I would have Glover at No.1 by a long way.

  22. A big difference is the mistakes generally haven't led to goals conceded. Secondly if a keeper is going to make mistakes it might as well be a young up coming keeper. Quite simply everyone was fed up with Bouzanis, particularly his indecisiveness that led to goals. In comparison Glover is extremely decisive so no wonder everyone warms to him more. In fact I'm not quite sure what this constantly brought up point of comparison in forum reaction between the two keepers is meant to elicit.

  23. His best isn’t as good as Bouzanis but his worst certainly isn’t as bad as Bouzanis and that happy medium is probably what we need if we want to string some games together coming into finals. At the end of the day, the guy will start next season having played about 15 league games, a number of Olyroos matches and an Olympic games (beit is starter or otherwise). Quite happy with where we sit with the GK position all things considered.
