  2. Sure he's been highly successful so far but thinking he'll be wanted by City in January is a little far fetched isn't it?

  4. Tin foil hats look best in summer because they sparkle and make you look fabulous. Their one downside is they reflect the sun so can sometimes attract reverse vampires.

  5. Fox sport is run by the illuminati. The random draw was rigged for sure. I saw the matrix glitch on the telecast, the same cat reappeared 10 times and Mr Anderson was on the phone. Internet lag my arse! The game will be epic, a sell out no doubt.

  8. I wasn't aware of that. That definitely gives him and City more options. I still don't think anything will happen in January though, unless we have a couple of significant injuries. Also, it would benefit him more having a full season in the Championship, where he knows he will play every game.

  9. He will stay with Huddersfield for the season for two reasons. The first one the club will want to se how he handles a full season. The second is that there is no foreign player slot open for him. Also with Gabriel Jesus coming in January, it would mean moving two people from the current squad. Personally, I believe he needs to do a full season where he is and hopefully help them to promotion. I believe he is better technically than either Delph or Fernando. I am hoping next season he will be given a chance to replace Fernando in the squad.

  11. Quite simple and based of a Glasgow Celtic chant. Found in this link From 1:27-1:43 Lyrics: Ooh wooho ohhwooho wohooo, we follow City Ooh wooho ohhwooho wohooo, we follow City Repeat

  12. He was shafted last season, too, when the Warren went to Castro. It was quite clear that Mooy should have won, but that would have meant too many awards to City. This is precisely the sort of thing that leads to the general distrust of FFA.

  13. Done a bit more reading about the incident and it seems that the same result would have occurred even if SA was 100% coal. Because of the loss of one of the transmission lines due to fallen pylons, network frequency sharply went up because of the drop of load, which would then initiate protection to halt generation to protect equipment, which in turn would also cause the interconnector to disconnect.

This has gotta be up there with the most retarded shit I've ever seen. https://m.mic.com/articles/155311/pepe-the-frog-meme-racist-adl-hate-symbol#.M05uutGas (special shout out to @strider for having Pepe as his display picture)

  17. there is no room at City for Mooy as an AM....but in the role he is playing for Huds he's up against Delph...that seems more possible. Maybe thats where Man City have asked Huds to play him?

  18. I honestly think this is the most talented and exciting composition of players in the A-League probably since the 2012-13 season when we had the likes of Del Piero, Ono and Heskey. There's a really strong calibre of foreign players this season and many of the returning domestic players are of a really good standard as well imo. Even if spazzos like the ones mentioned above earn more than they deserve, more salary cap money is only going to further improve the standard of the league and make it more competitive in the global (particularly Asian) football market.

  20. You mean the bloke who after trading barbs for three weeks told me I was a Internet Warrior and told me to have a go at him of the forum... and then when I did as such as soon as I saw him next he just stood in silence as his Missus (at the time) yelled at me for ten minutes about a whole host of shit including asking me: "Why are you having a go at him?" "Um, because he said too when I next saw him..."

  23. True. The ffa- who changed the marquee rules and paid for Cahills contract ensuring he played for city are totally rigging everything to benifit Sydney. Lol

  25. It's been a flow on effect by the Industry to implement the policy... hence it happened in NSW first but will surely eventually followed by the other states. You know how Lefties work, once the get one thing they wanted change the move straight on to the next similar bugbear...

  28. Not sure what a cap increase of that magnitude would achieve once the PFA get their grubby mits onto it. It may increase the quality of some of the foreign players but will only result in paying the likes of Broxham, Hoffman, Warren, etc double what the earn now to do the same mediocre job. It would be wiser to spend some of the extra money to get these clubs sustainable and investing in facilities.

  30. Just as long as Optus don't get the rights, i won't mind if Be In sports get a share. If Be in get a go we could be expanding our games to be seen in Europe over a much larger area.

  32. We are two of those who have signed up to full membership this year for the first time, though technically three match passes in the past two seasons would have counted us amongst the membership stats. For us, the reasons are due to increasing engagement using the 3 match passes, to the point where full membership didn't seem that much of a stretch, the club making payment easy, and particularly the 'sexy football' of last season. Alright so Aaron and Harry are gone, but Bruno stayed, and we had faith that decent signings would be made, and that the quality of the football would continue. Also like many, though this is our first full membership, we've been around and attending sporadically since the 2011-12 season, when we first rocked up in Melbourne.

  37. "Who is being "closely monitored" by Pep Guardiola." "the best player in the Championship, despite being deployed much deeper than his favoured No.10 position." "it is inconceivable that a technician as gifted as Mooy will be a Championship player after this season. Catch him while you can." "Mooy is the single biggest reason Huddersfield are top of the table." "He never wasted a ball" "Huddersfield's Aussie midfielder is cut from the same silken cloth [as Zinedine Zidane]." "Poise, vision, a touch that turns every shanked pass into a pearler" I think this guy might rate Mooy.

  38. Apparently 50k tickets have been sold for the Sydney derby already and they're predicting there'll be 70k odd in total. Great for the game in general.
