playmaker
The problem @jw1739 was that Fox had Archie and Bozza. I could understand Archie going off because of his bias and retardation but Bozza went off his nut... with blood shot eyes and reaction like someone with serious mental issues, I think he is back to smelling talcum powder through straws tbh. Bozza's could have easily calmed everything down if he didn't want to kill someone instead, I reckon Archie even got scared. This is just typical negative spin on a pretty good first round match. Just waiting for the day that we dominate Victory that's all.
hakz7
Funny how we all celebrated not knowing the penalty didn’t actually go in right away.. would’ve looked like mugs had De Laet not put away the rebound lol
Inchcolm
They can argue, discuss, debate the decision and throw as many tantrums, rages and sulks as they like the decision stands. The game ended, Victory 1v2 City. Victory 0 and City 3 points. Now who''s next?
Chris p
It was a penalty all day. Fuck Fox Sports and their manufactured fake drama

If indeed there was a refereeing error, either of fact or judgment, then IMO it should be kept within the confines of FFA and the referees themselves. I'm bloody sure that if it had been Honda who went down surrounded by three City defenders and the referee had decided "no foul" then we would be seeing all hell break loose. I don't think there was a refereeing error at all. Someone stuck a leg right across Bruno's leg to try and trip him, there was a hand/arm on his shoulder, and a hand in his back. Even a little nuggety player like Bruno doesn't need much to put him off balance when he's running at full tilt. All FFA is ever concerned about is making the story look good - and in this case City spoilt the pre-written Honda/Victory script. Just sour grapes by O'Rourke, and Kurt Ams being made the fall guy. As for VAR - well, I think most of us knew it would never really solve anything. It's just the addition of another layer of controversy. The officials are part of what we love as football. If you want something with no "human element" in it, go play on a computer. What is pissing me off is that now any team can declare open season on Fornarolli and teh ref will be afraid to call a foul because O'Rourke has gone public. As far as I'm concerned Melbourne City should launch a protest against O'Rourke's behaviour and should publicly be held responsible for any injury he sustains during the season. 10

Yea just realised this. Any contact on Bruno for the next few rounds (legal or illegal) will not be called. Same thing happened when Aloisi made some comments 2 seasons ago

You have a bloke who should be as bias as they come being a club great, but even he had the smarts to be a bit more lever headed bout it then Bozza. I generally like Bozza's work, but that shit was beyond being unprofessional
