Jestr
This week we've helped Adelaide to get off the bottom of the ladder. Its time to assist ccm to do the same.
neio
How bloody stupid is the fixture, we played ccm 2 weeks ago Let's see what we learnt, they have quick wingers that will hit us on counter. Hopefully someone in higher places than me can see that Team I'd like to see Sorenson Franjic Jakobsen Tongyik Colazo Malik Kilkenny Caceras Kamau. Fornaroli. Brandan

Anyway I'd attack CCM myself. Play Bruno 10 and have 1 touch football
HeartOfCity
I dont want to go after the Adelaide rubbish, but i have family that are penciled in to go so i will drag my arse there and pray to jeebus that we can muster something to make me smile on the way home. I know what I propose is extreme but it is the polar opposite of our current game plan. It forces the opposition to create an opportunity through high possession, high pressing, and negates the long/through ball that we continually concede from. It also results in more space for Bruno and Brandan to get behind therefore creating a more direct and faster transition from defense to attack. The structure in itself would address and force us to do everything that our current style fails to address. Even though it seems very defensive it actually creates and open and exciting forward thrust and well suited to Bruno and Brandan, with subbing on Kamau and Fitzy in the 2nd half. He means bring the tissues as he'll need it when he blows his load after Fornaroli scores a hat trick. Or tears. Lots and lots of tears. Could go either way with us. Actually recent history suggests only one way. Edited January 13, 2017 by n i k o Just saw Jestr clear this up.
