Perhaps a little early but I am bored waiting for the season to start and there is always the ability to edit your post if new players come in between now and the start.

1) Guess the ladder

2) Guess the Champion

3) Golden Boot Winner

4) First coach sacked (after the actual season starts)

Sydney

Perth

Visitors

Wellington

WSW

Adelaide

City

Newcastle

Brisbane

CCM

I think Brisbane are going to fall off a cliff and Adelaide havent replaced anyone but still have a championship winning defence.

Championship: Perth

Golden Boot: Fornaroli

JVS will be gone before xmas derby and we will use the rest of the season as 'rebuilding'.

I reckon the league has clearly split into a few different groups:
Sydney
- - - - - - - -
Melbourne City
Perth
Brisbane
- - - - - - -
Victory
- - - - - - - -
Wellington
Adelaide
WSW
- - - - - - - - -
Newcastle
CCM

Sydney are raging hot for the premiership early days, and even though they probably had the softest opening month they could possible get, look by far the most complete so far. City imo are probably their only threat but they really havent set the world on fire since the derby. Colazo showed enough in the first two games however to give hope to City fans that we are a far, far better side with him in it.
Perth imo have been disappointing other than their win over City, which even then was more of a tactical masterclass than a complete performance to be honest.
Brisbane are dark horse for mine but are far too erratic away from home. If they can get that right who knows.
A few big wins for Victory is hopefully for them a big step towards regaining some momentum but for mine theyre still very one dimensional and shocking in defence. Will no doubt take scalps due to their attacking quality, but equally they havent impressed me as a package. As a caveat I will say that Beister could turn out to be a freak and change the dynamic completely tho.
Welly i though would be big improvers this season and despite a gash start i still think they'll come good and make 6th. Will be dangerously hard to beat at home.
Adelaide and WSW are struggling under weight of injuries, but besides that i still dont think theyre terrific. Both have dropped off the pace a fair bit and things are only going to get harder when ACL starts.
Newy and CCM have been better than expected and imo will still get an improvement on points compared to last season, but ultimately the quality just isnt there.
