I didn't see any issues there, perhaps they hadn't discussed who would take the second one prior to the game., if it were to ever eventuate. In the end Bruno scored and Cahill came over to him to celebrate. I just don't see how this is such a big discussion point. In fact I'd be surprised if Cahill didn't want to take the pen.
