I attended my first ever Melbourne City game yesterday (only moved to Melbourne from Manchester a few months back). I was a season ticket holder for years at Man City when back home so I'd been looking forward to this for a while as I was missing my days out at the match!! Just want to say that me and my pal who went to the game thought it was brilliant, and we'll be getting right involved from now on. We were directed to the active area and thought that the atmosphere and range of chants was good. We're gonna try and learn them all so we're up to speed quickly. Being able to take beer to your seats was novelty for me too, as they'd never allow that in England!! Anyway, we've been trying to think of chants that might be good or funny and we came up with one for the keeper that we ended up singing in the pub all night!! Admittedly, we were both full of piss so it might be a bit crap haha. Feel free to say so if it is. To the tune of You're So Vain by Carly Simon. 'Ooooohhhh Redmayne, You probably think this song is about you, Oh Redmayne, I bet you think this song is about you Don't you, Don't you!!'
