Yep, Kisnorbo will make a great coach one day, no doubt about that, but it's definitely too soon for him atm.

Let him coach the women's team for a couple of seasons or go to Manchester and work with their EDS academy.

Instinctively he is a great leader of men throughout his whole career. He will make a great senior coach once he develops his trade. Expect big things from him in the not too distant future.

He will be a great assistant to a seasoned European coach.

Does PK have coaching qualifications yet?

Not sure, you'd think he would have something but nothing senior enough.

That's up with the best news I've seen coming out of Bundoora this off-season. Congratulations to Paddy. A few more like him in the club and we'll really go places.

Hmmm... anyone know what is happening then with Jess Fishlock?

A positive, but he should be assistant to Wazza.

I've been told she'll be returning as a player next season.

Good news, hopefully she also returns as Paddy's assistant as well.

I'm sure that longer term she'll be a part of CFG. Will not forget her playing on in the Grand Final with a torn hamstring.

As far as I know there is nothing official, I felt after the GF win she wouldn't sign with us and she wanted to retire to coach.

I hope she does come back, she was phenomenal!

Certainly interested to hear more about his experience in women's football, Can anyone elaborate ?

He was the assistant last season, Fishlock was player coach.
