It's certainly not out of the question we could draw or win there, given they're not really 'at home' either.. Adelaide home, our home form has got us where we are - long may it continue. We have won 5 in a row at home and look great. Surely we can do better than 3 draws in our last 5 games. Our squad looks strong, we are playing well and the bench packs a punch- basically (unlike last year) we have hit form at the right time. Anyway having said all that, 3 draws seems pretty unlikely, thats all the draws we've had all year-we seem to either win or lose games, which I don't mind, especially chasing a tight finals berth. This means that the intensity in our game needs to lift and pressure is on. If we beat Wellington the monkey is off the back and our solid home form will be to much for Adelaide. The way I see it ... If we make final no other team in the 6 will want to play us because they won't know what Heart side will show up, and this makes us very dangerous. I my opinion this is were you see what type of players we have ... The pressure is on and I'm waiting to see which players step up. We've also not won a single away game this season, so I don't see why it would be reasonable to expect that to change (though we have a good chance against Wellington). We have 3 away games left. Then our two home games are against good teams. I don't think us not winning another game this season is as unreasonable as you think. Obviously I hope I'm wrong, and 2 of those games I have as draws could easily be wins, which would put us at 34 and should be enough. Its so close, every point is crucial right now, hopefully now that Hoffman has disappeared from the match day squad, we won't drop points late in the second half of games like we always do. He said creating 3 good chances away from home was good and we should be converting 2 .... Can someone at the club please tell JA that its 2013 and modern football no longer looks to ( win at home and draw away) We should be playing at a high temp every week, and our game should be adaptive to counter any team. This is the reason why we lose because JA is filling the players head with this rubbish.. If the players miss a chance to score there heads will drop because in their minds they need to create at least 2 more. Which means they are no longer focused on the game plan, its just about getting 1more chance... Some of the best strikers in the world miss at least 2 chances before they score 1 ... I'm sick of hearing JA talk as if he knows what he is doing, not even he could convert 2goals out of 3 chances. Heart I think are 1st or 2nd for first half goals, but unfortunately (although it got better recently) we're one of the shittest sides in the second half. We proved this several times, especailly in the game against Wellington last time we played them away. They're not in a good place and even more rattled with Herbert's exit. We're coming off a dominant and 'heart-pumping' win so where they're down and out, we're on a massive high so we shouldn't have a problem dominating and winning this match. We could very well do "a Hawthorn"; peaking at just the right time in 2008 to become Premiers...Heart has the team to do the same thing this season If we don't win this Sunday, it'll piss me off so much and I think we don't deserve to play finals!
