I'm embarrassed for the general electorate too, Cadete, don't worry.

So this time is this because the PPL are "Stupid" or "Brainwashed"? :hmm:

As I am sure it has nothing at all to do with the Current Government's Incompetence.

http://www.news.com....2-1226579918358

With an Election called, Australians now prefer a Misogynist instead of Gillard to be their PM...

:oops::oops::oops::oops::oops:

Tbh all this does is place the pressure squarely at the feet of your camp as if you lose this election it will be political comedy at it best.

Wouldn't want to squib it ;)

So your last hope is the Libs doing the Political Equivalent of not moving a Cam Mooney with an Obvious Case of the Yips from Full Forward.

As in doing something really Crazy like dumping a decent intelligent and hard working Opposition Leader and basing an Entire Federal Election Campaign around the Unique and Unbalanced Personaility of a Self Obessed Swearing Fascist...

But wait this has already been done before:

The current government is providing enough political comedy as it is.

Another cunning, cutting jibe. I hope the herald sun hires you soon.

PS political comedy is being served on all sides. If Gillard is dumped - which would be unfortunate because Rudd is an absolute spud of a politician and an absolute knt in real life then surely Turnbull will dump Abbott to give them any sort of hope of winning. Which would be a hilarious event to watch.

Still waiting for Tony to appear on live tv and respond to live and unscripted questions, which Peta Kredlin is hiding him from ater his laughable Today show debacle. Does not deserve to be a politician if he can't face up to this basic requirement/skill.

Also still waiting for Tony to get divorced.

I'd be able to put up with Turnbull, but not Abbott. Turnbull actually seems like a decent bloke that sticks up for his own beliefs, as opposed to conforming to party policy.

Both Gillard and Rudd are pretty crap, but definitely the lesser of the two evils. Severely lacking inspirational politicians in the spot light right now.

Would like to see Abbott front up on Q&A. Will probably talk about Labor for the full hour or remain silent and nod his head for 20 seconds.

Turnbull does not have the brain to play Party Politics as it is to focused on himself, rather than those who support he needs.

The only PPL who want Turnbull to be the Lib Leader are few PPL left who still read The Age and they would never vote for the Coalition anyway so Jasmine and Edward from North Fitzroy dont get a say.

This is true, it's pretty unfortunate that one of the most popular politicians in the country with frankly some of the best policy doesn't really have a party that fits him now that the liberal party has been taken on a far more right of centre route, and the Labor party remains too caught up in unionism and factionalism. It's a shame.

So it turns out Gillard did not need to a deal with The Greens anymore,

So she did not need a Carbon Tax either,

Can someone again remind why The Greens exist?

Left wing alternative to mainstream parties? Seems like a fairly legit reason to exist

Will be supporting Simon Sheikh for senate during next federal election over Zed Seselja, who is right-wing for the sake of being right-wing.

Very counter-productive in all honesty. All they do is steal focus, emphasis and votes from the only party with a philosophical basis in improving the lives of the working class.

They are also a party of yuppies whose Chardonnay-socialist support base cares more about Tasmanian forests than public education, health or industrial relations. Perhaps some might argue that they are playing the long game by looking after the interests of the planet ie Climate Change etc. but this just reinforces the ideological chasm that exists between the conceptual foundations of the two left of centre parties, as such a fanatical devotion to environmental protection comes from the privileged bourgeois lefty-set who have the financial security to politically prioritise the needs of whales over working people. If you are living hand to mouth, can't afford to buy your kids school clothes and worried about how you are going to pay for your mother's hip surgery, the last thing on your mind is going to be picketing the felling of fucking Huon Pine in Tassie or how binding the new carbon targets are going to be at the next UNFCCC COP.

A party of very self-centred individualists who have the means to prioritise issues that divert the macro-political discourse away from policy that would genuinely improve the opportunities of working people and safe-guard the advances the labour movement has provided over the last 150 years in this country from those that would seek to take them all.

FUCK THE GREENS.

Solidarity.

thats my biggest problem with The Greens, not enough unionism and working class movements. But they are the only ones who don't want to cut single parent welfare. But TBF they do fight for public school funding and refugees. Used to be a Labor supporter, but the Labor-Right are screwing the party up with centrist and regressive politics. Maybe one day they'll broaden their ideology to include the base of the left movement.

In hindsight, despite how shit our politicians are here, at least they aren't traitors. Just look at maco politicians if you want to see a bunch of sell-out morons. Appointing a former Albanian terrorist as the defence minister (head of the entire armed forces)...now I've just about seen it all... :droy:

Plain and Simple, if there was no ALP Right there would be no ALP Governments... that is just a basic fact,
