Gillard's Crusade Against Sexism

Labor Party spends $1000's on a UK Expert Spin Doctor to come over and make Gillard likeable:

His advice is for her to launch into a uncalled for Huge Personal Attack in Parliament on Abbott for being "Sexist". A performance of petty name calling which would have had both Curtin and Chifley rolling in their graves.

berlo.png

In her Personal Attack, Gillard screams across The Floor she promises to in the future: "Call Out any Sexism she sees in Parliament!".

Every Doc Martin Clad, Resistance Pin wearing Leftist Hipster in Melbourne posts The Youtube of this Speech all over their Facebook Walls with comments of Admiration and Applause.

Gillard says she cant let the Sexists in Parliament get their own way:

She just had to stand up and make a stand!

This being the very same Parliament that is so Sexist it contains a Female PM despite her quite obviously not being the best Candidate for the job. :droy::droy:

This is just another example of how bad politics is in this country. I could go down to the local kinder and pick out a whole bunch of four years and that is the Federal Government currently.

Gillard is a disgrace, this whole misogyny and sexism stuff she has been raving about is pure crap.

All I can do when it comes to politics in this country currently is

Sorry mate, but a clearly like Mr Abbott and myself u are clearly a Sexist.

Thats right as you cannot see the brilliance of The Gillard Government it must be because you are viewing Politics through the Rose Tinted Glasses of Unintellectual Bigot.

(Please do not even try to suggest this has anything to do with the Prime Minister’s knack to move from one Political Blunder to Another.)

This whole thread: :droy: Might post a longer response later.

I thought you were quitting politics Tesla.

Interesting how u have a Forum Name and Display Pic of Che Guevara:

A famous Socialist (Who died before he could be truly corrupted) who was a huge supporter of Irish Independence due to his Irish background.

Whilst u also have a Forum Signature of a Brentford Scarf:

From the abundant use of emoticons, seemingly random capitalisation of words and bizarre leaps in logic, I conclude that cadete is an extremely intelligent person.

Thanks Pal!

FWIW I have a Major in Politics from The University of Melbourne and a over a years experience as a Federal Political Adviser (Before I quit Politics for good) but lets go with making summaries on my intelligence from my Posting Style on a Soccer Forum.

Slow day at work, mate? Doesn't the DLP have a forum you can express these sort of interesting views on?

:droy:

Actually I was quite busy at work today...

I was just reading an article and felt like sharing with the rest of this forum of yet another Black and White example of a Constable of The Left's Political Correctness Police Force being caught out yet again as being nothing but a Hypocrite.

And no we dont have a DLP Forum - I would have thought that was quite self explanatory.

By all accounts of the incident you refer to, Cadete, the Prime Minister, the patron-saint of your imagined "Doc Martin Clad, Resistance Pin wearing Leftist Hipster" brigade, did in fact contact the white-haired, old male sexist who retracted the comment and apoligised via the very same media source he had used to hurl the insult.

To me that would suggest the Prime Minister, leader of 'The Left's Political Correctness Police Force', is making good on calling out white-haired, old male sexists whenever they brandish their tried and true white-haired, old sexist remarks as part of public discourse.

Of course, I refer to white-haired, old male sexists specifically. I have hope that those growing up amidst this furore, and who will go on to assume these same positions of authority and power in the future, are taking note and that this won't have to be repeated in 30 years time.

Although, I must say that the best thing to emerge from this entire debate is the chafing that has erupted amongst those who cling so lovingly to being able to hurl gender-based insults with impunity.

I was unaware "The Guru of The Supra Movement" had gained an understanding and position on Australian Politics, become a Melbourne University Graduate or had any actual Real Employment in the field of Politics.

So Abbott for having done nothing to be accused "Sexist":

Gets a public dressing down in front off a full house of Parliament for his Call Out.

Gibbons goes public on Twitter with his Sexist Remarks:

And all he gets from the PM is a Private Phone Call for his Call Out.

Seems balanced and fair from our PM.

You really must be a blind follower of ALP Policy if you honestly think Gender-Based insults have been a massive part of Australian Politics in the past 10 to 5 years. :droy:

Everybody in Canberra knows that the PM's personal attack on Tony Abbott had nothing do with what happens in Politics these days, and every to do with being a planned stunt designed by her new English Spin Doctor to launch an early election campaign hit on an unsuspecting Opposition Leader.

Cadete if you can't see the difference between Gibbons on twitter saying that one individual is a 'bimbo' and Tony Abbott's remarks regarding women not being suitable for public office 'physiologically' then I'm worried. On one hand, one is being politically incorrect and rude. ON the other, institutional sexism that essentially disempowers half of Australia's population.

And ffs what gives you any authority to comment on how Canberra operates behind closed doors.

First of the way Abbott was quoted was taken completely out of context, hence why his own chosen Deputy (The Bimbo) is a woman. :droy:

I was adviser a for Federal MP a number of years ago, and I have grown up around Politicians from both sides of Parliament from a very early age due to my father's background and occupation. (Obviously I am not going to say who my father is across a Soccer Forum.)

At six o'clock every morning Tim leaves 'The Lodge' and goes for an early-morning jog. When he turns the corner of the street there's a call-girl standing there and she shouts out 'Wanna good time for fifty bucks?' Tim shouts back "I'll give you five!' and keeps on jogging.

This exchange goes on day after day. 'Wanna good time for fifty bucks?' 'I'll give you five!'

Julia is a bit concerned about what Tim is up to, getting up so early, so one morning she decides to join him. She puts on the lycra and jogs along beside him. As they get to the corner, the call-girl shouts out 'See what yer get for five bucks!'

Show me that it was out of context.

Well for one he was speaking about a variety of occupations, but I really cannot be bothered to getting in to as its not the point

The point is:

That one comment is hardly the basis to launch into a attack on man labeling him a Sexist when he clearly is not..

Abbott has had a long and successful history within Australian Politics of working well with women.

For Gillard to make such an massive accusation on a Man's Character over so few words is just plain pathetic. :droy:

Oh please, Guru makes me sound old. When I'm in my mid 30's, betray the left, hijack the LDP from Shinzo Abe, then we can commence dick measuring competitions. (Physically I'm handicapped here due to ethnicity) but I need to finish my degree first.

Credit where it's due, but why the step down from adviser after a couple of years?

So Tony Abbott believes that women can't do a multitude of occupations? That makes it much better then.

I agree with you when you say that one word isn't enough to launch into sexism and accusations over a man's character. But there have been a multitude of examples in which Tony Abbott has clearly demonstrated himself to be misogynistic and sexist, which is why the media, the ALP, the public and Julia Gillard have been on the offensive about it.

Edit: Is it okay for the Liberal party to make such massive accusations over Julia Gillard's character being dishonest etc over what were essentially a few words as well?

Hahaha this thread.

Look at em clambering! Geez, you guys must really be getting worried about losing this election that is so apparently un-losable to the worst Prime Minister in the History of the known world, if this is rustling the Jimmies so comprehensively.

Im genuinely pissing myself here.

Mate - As I have said to many times before its a done deal, and I am prepared to put money down on it being the case.

Che, youre way off the mark mate. Firstly Abbotts comments were completely taken out of context and in no way sexist. If I say men are much better plumbers or builders would I be a women hater?

Secondly you're comparing that with Julias pickle??? Only words?? Really? Youre kidding yourself mate. The attack on Gilliard is headed by one of her former own.. Ralph. Even Shorten agreed she was in the wrong and put his foot in his mouth. Documents going missing are only words? If Gilliard wanted to clear her name shed get slater and Gordon to put all documents forward and clear it up.. I wont be holding my breath.

How much of his ALP bullshit can we take?? Meanwhile our debt is growing faster then my dick when scrolling through the sharpy hot chick thread. I'm over it.

Show me the source then, like i asked earlier, and we'll have a look at it and come to a proper conclusion rather than heresay about it being out of context.

:droy:

Happy to take on board that people aren't happy with gender politics from the gov but our debt is not in any way an issue in Australia, especially considering the more significant amount of Australia's debt from my understanding is private debt - not the government.

This is so true. I wonder how many people know that Tony Abbott's Chief of Staff is a female, who was previously involved in the Kennett Government.

Peta Credlin is pretty impressive tbh, wasn't super impressed with ALP's handling of sexism with union chiefs etc in that circumstance. But it was called out quite strongly in the end by JG.

Che you think our debt has nothing to do with the current government?

I guess pink bats, school halls, useless desalination plants and an explosion of boat people.. (the list goes on) hasn't cost a cent huh?

It's what the ALP do.

Keating racked up 100 Bil debt and it took Howard 8 years to not only clear it but leave us 20 bil in the black. The GFC can't be blamed every time, it gets old fast. Open your eyes mate, these idiots have no clue.
