Do you really think it's unreasonable that your opinion won't have a lot of weight in comparison to the weight it would hold if you took the time before one game to come up and introduced yourself to a few people at the pub, so we could put a face to the username, and probably recognise you as someone we have seen standing in Yarraside regularly? Also if you're going to post in an antagonising manner yourself, do you think it's unreasonable that others will respond to you in a similar fashion? I don't need to show you my face and get on my knees for you all to take an opinion seriously or give it thought. I'm over giving a shit at the moment, I've noticed almost everyone who is not core is not given the time of day. I've posted plenty of chants in the chants section and while some have received good reception from a fair bunch of people - nothing flourished (just an example). That is YOUR loss. You guys are missing out on opportunities to better Yarraside for the general public - not just for the core. If you want a larger Yarraside you will acknowledge and perhaps accept people's opinions and suggestions. That would work if the core group actually gave a shit. In my experience (I've been to every home game this season) it goes something like the following: - Go marching in (repeat until it gets boring) - drum drum drum heart chant (repeat until it gets boring) - every time a corner kick or free kick in a good position is given to us: stand up for the heart. - every time we jizz: we are melbourne - every time we score: we are melbourne - every time concede a goal: various insults towards opponent - when we are winning: we are melbourne (repeat until full time) - randomly throw in SOOOOOOOO and the ESPANA chant at least once (funnily enough, 2 of our most original and fun chants IMO). Far too robotic and I, personally, ended up plain bored quarter of the way through the season and told my sorrows to the beers. I don't think we had a NEW chant come in all season (correct me if I'm wrong) and if we did it was not really given the time of day. Plenty of great chants in the chants section (anthem like chants), shame we're sticking to these same 6 or so chants.

Good attitude mate. Really constructive. New chants are a must though. Need about 10-15 new ones. Don't think we should scrap any chants, however use them a lot less regularly to salvage them. 1. Drumming to just can't get enough is wrong 2. Capo needs to select more appropriate chants (we are Melbourne, after the other team misses a penalty?) 3. Need new drums 4. New flags 5. More sticky tape It will be better if a new terrace is born for Melbourne City. Why would the Yarraside want to associate with the sky blue Melbourne team that they fought so hard against to keep red and white? New terrace should be limited to people over the age of 16 and those with an IQ of at least 80. I agree with what you are saying though, Capo needs to be a lot less of a flog. The Yarraside in general has become a huge flogfest over the past few years. The face of Heart: The face of Wanderers: Both are a complete shitstain upon the A-League in my opinion. But for me, the support of WSW and dare I say - Victory - deserves a lot more credibility and respect in terms of terrace support. We are quite literally run by 15 year olds who have watched Green Street Hooligans a little more than once and have little to no idea about the real underlying passion behind Football. Well I wouldn't mind a completely new slate to work on. Get rid of the players, name and colours. A new terrace should also be a high priority because Yarraside is a clusterfuck littered and led by either retards or 12 year old kids using their lunch money to purchase fred perry polo t shirts. Good riddance to this season and good riddance to this pathetic chapter of a club nobody will remember.

There are two ways to track most commercial airlines. Firstly using RADAR which is just a radio signal bouncing off the plane, however once they are out to sea (which this flight was, as well as the Air France flight that went down a couple of years ago) the signal is too weak to rely on and the plane goes into a dead zone. The only way then to track the plane is to use the transponder which is on the plane. Its been well publicised that this transponder stopped working soon after the plane went out of RADAR range. No different to a mobile phone, if you turn it off so it can't communicate with the cell tower then nobody can track you. So yes you can track both a phone and a plane, but you can also lose track of both if the medium of communication is disabled. No confirmed debris has been found over the ocean yet; there's been no hint of closure given by any media. The 'governments' know roughly where it is from studying satellite data after the incident, the problem is that the location of where it is is such a wide area that they are trying to find a needle in a haystack. As a comparison, the 'governments' knew exactly where in the ocean the Air France flight crashed but it still took them 2 years to find the black box and the reason for the plane going down. Yes sir, but the difference is there was some sort of wreckage found a few days after the Air France crash (and several bodies apparently?). The Malaysian flight's situation is remarkable IMO. We'll probably never know the real reasons behind many of these eventful occurrences over the past few decades.
