Been getting into the NFL recently an just bough Madden 13. Can anyone point me in a direction how to play the game? I don't really understand how the plays work and what you're supposed to do. ATM I feel like I'm just picking random plays an hoping for the best.

I think 6/10 teams making finals just rewards mediocrity, however having said that if we had a 12 or 14 team league I wouldn't be oppossed with the finals system in it's current format.

Just watched the replay of the game, and I have to say that I dont think we played all that bad. Fred and Thompson I thought had one of their better games, while Jeremy Walker was impressive in defence. We were well disciplined and controlled the game until we conceded, and had a few plays going foward where we should have done better, but as soon as Sydney equalised we were anxious and nervous and it told in the end. Heres to a better result against Adelaide on Friday night.

Great initiative, but has it been widely promoted? I don't get into the city much so not sure if it's been advertised in and around the city or even in the media? With the Sydney FC and WSW games as part of those fixtures, let's hope we can generate a good crowd with Del Piero and Shinji coming to town.

Thanks guys! I don't have anything against younger supporters, most people when they first meet me think I'm 18-20. I just didn't want to feel like I was the oldest bloke there. I'll try get down to the Imp and intro myself.

Are members on this forum not Active supporters? The only reason I ask is that I would like to get involved but the thing that really turned me off when going Victory games back in the day was all the teeny bopper muzzas.
