Once FIFA are aware of it they will dismiss it, there will be then an incident where it would be beneficial to England in an international match they play in, FIFA will still say it is not required, fast forward a couple years the lack of "Ref Cam" will some how benefit England in an international match and then FIFA will have a change of heart and will do everything in their power to make sure the technology is implemented... And my point.. won't be in use anytime soon!
