I dont think it needs to be a caution. People can say what they like (unless its the usual exemptions which are everywhere you go) and they can all expect the ridicule that comes with it.
As I saw with the ACL game last night (Sydney v Yokohama) we need to be picking technical players over athletic ones, players like Wales are the wrong direction to playing better football, as athleticism can be improved much easier than ball skills.
