That logic never works

Everyone is bagging out JVS for choosing Bouzanis, but has anyone stopped to consider that maybe he just doesnt like Sorenson and has no other option but Bouzanis? Transfer window is closed, salary cap is full anyway, what other option does he have if he doesn't like Sorenson? Just Bouzanis, right? Well I don't think so. I think instead of just bagging JVS out, we can try help him by suggesting inanimate objects that would keep goals better than Bouzanis. The beauty of using an inanimate objects as our goalkeeper is that there is no salary cap cost and no need to wait for the transfer window to open. Which means we can get a better keeper in before the next game. Let me get the ball rolling with my first suggestion, a bookshelf. They say a picture is worth a thousand words, and below I have two for you which should illustrate how a bookshelf certainly makes for a better goalkeeper than Bouzanis. Just like any player, keepers will have gold games and have bad games, but Sorenson is the best keeper in the league (still a waste of a visa spot though), and Bouzanis the worst, so its a clear choice for most of us. I do get JVS' angle, he thinks the distribution will help the team score more goals than the goals we'll cop with Bouzanis in goals, but I dont see it. Normally I'd trust the manger, but JVS lost that benefit a long time ago. Until I see otherwise this is another clear cut case of JVS incompetance.

In all seriousness, if a shot hits a seagull and deflects into the net does it count as a goal?

I have a few questions/observations about these seagulls: 1. I have noticed they seem to hang out on Bouzanis side more often than not. I noticed this in the last 3 games at AAMI park. The other keeper doesn't seem to get as much love. 2. Is it obstructing the goalkeeper's view if Luke Brattan takes a shot on goal and the seagull ducks last minute?

The only reason our number 1 goalkeeper got a red card was because he chose not to fall on his face and rather did the natural thing an put his hand out, and the ball just happened to hit his arm. He should have been on the pitch after he served his suspension as Bousanis is crap, doesn't know how to control his box, and even though his distribution is great on occasions he does make many distribution errors which leads to turnovers. Bring back Sorensen now, as having the best goalkeeper in the league on the bench is just plain stupid. The 'Sack JVS' thread needs firing up because of this.

You're not thinking about this strategically, we just have to train the seagulls to associate the kits of opposition teams with hot chips. Every time the other team takes to the pitch, they're mobbed by seagulls. Home ground advantage, no worries.

Fucking hell jvs is a fucking moron. Why waste a visa spot on someone you're not even planning to play ffs. Sorenson is our best keeper. Play him or wait and watch bouzanis cost us games.

The key to building a long term membership for City is relatively simple. Over a 10 year period make junior memberships free and actively market them through clubs, schools etc. The kids will come to the games and eventually grow into a bigger membership.

Watching the highlights, Bouzanis couldn't have been in a more worse position for the Adelaide goal. He didn't even make an attempt to intercept the ball. And why is he even in that position when there was only one Adelaide player in the the area? I swear him and Rose have a competition going on who can be at fault for most goals. (Special credit to Malik as well for standing in no-mans land for that cross too).

whatever happened to sticks and stones my break my bones but words will never hurt me. the internet has a lot of explaining to do. people now only see and read like minded views especially and they are reinforced so whenever they go into the real world and see an opposing view they are overwhelmed and respond with anger/irrational behaviour. it is the job of universities to teach critical thinking and respect for opposing, not what is right or wrong ethically/morally. facts, reason and logic do not exist anymore when it is against your opinion, no matter what side you are on, you will be labelled a bigot/racist/etc and that is not a free thinking western democratic society.
